"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"Tyttäreni ja minä olimme erinomainen majoitus Aenos Hotelissa ja suosittelisimme sitä 100% kenelle tahansa Kefaloniaan. Vierailu oli poikkeuksellinen. Johtajat, esi-lautakunta, talonhoitohenkilökunta ja aamiainen henkilöstö olivat kaikki uskomattoman lämmin, ammattitaitoinen ja huolellinen. Kaikki antoivat meille todellisen tervetulleita, ja heidän ystävällisyytensä ja halukkuutensa auttaa tekemään oleskelumme vieläkin miellyttävämmäksi. Hotelli on siivoamaton, puhtaat, viileät, modernit ja erittäin mukavat huoneet. Talonhoito teki erinomaista työtä joka päivä, ja Wi-Fi oli nopea, luotettava ja toimi täydellisesti koko oleskelumme. Aamiainen oli erinomainen, jossa oli monenlaisia tuoreita ja herkullisia vaihtoehtoja joka aamu. Oli jotain kaikille, ja se oli ihana tapa aloittaa päivä. Sijainti on toinen suuri koroste. Hotelli sijaitsee täydellisesti Argostolin pääpiirtämän sydämessä, vain askeleita päässä lukuisia ravintoloita, kahviloita, kauppoja ja vedenraja. Kaikki mitä tarvitset on helppo kävellä. Hotelli tarjoaa myös kätevä pesu- ja jätehuoltopalvelut, jotka ovat erityisen hyödyllisiä pitempien oleskelujen. Aenos Hotel on todella eroamassa itsestä. Erinomainen asiakaspalvelu, todellinen vieraanvaraisuus ja huomiota yksityiskohtiin tekivät meistä tuntea kotona koko vierailumme. "The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was down an alleyway between an ice cream shop and a tavern. There was no one to greet us we arrived about 3pm, ringing the bell was pointless as we located the receptionist working in the ice cream shop. We got into our room, and we had paid extra for a jetted bath tub. This has been broken for more than 12 months, but this property is still advertising it on ******* and *********** at an enhanced rate. There is a deceptive notice in the room stating it broke yesterday, which is clearly just a lie. I was told by the receptionist that it clearly states the issue on the hotel website. We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues. The room was big, the location was excellent staff were ok but the place is starting to look tired rather than luxurious. Would not stay in this accomodation again. "

"Minulla oli niin ihana kokemus kylpylässä tänään. Vaikka en ole hotellissa, varasin hieronta ja olen niin iloinen tein. Minun hieronta terapeutti, Antonia, oli ehdottomasti uskomaton. Hän oli niin ystävällinen ja ystävällinen, ja antoi yhden parhaista hierontaa olen koskaan ollut. Käyn yleensä vahvoja thailaisia hierontaa, joten en ollut varma, mitä odottaa rentouttava hieronta, mutta se oli fantastinen. Paine oli täydellinen, ja hän todella auttoi lievittää kipua ja jännitystä selkäni. Jätin tuntemaan paljon paremmin. Haluan myös kiittää kaunis vastaanottomies, joka tervehti minut saapuessani. Hän ja Antonia olivat niin lämmintä ja ystävällistä, ja he tekivät minut tuntemaan minut täysin helposti. He myös järjestivät minulle nauttia sauna ja höyryhuoneen jälkeen hoidon, joka teki koko kokemuksen vielä rentouttavampi. Ennen hierontaani olin lounas uima-altaalla, ja se oli aivan herkullista. Ruoka maistui uskomattoman tuoretta, asento oli kaunis ja palvelu oli erinomainen. Kiitän Chrisiä, joka oli niin apukas ja onnellinen tarjoamaan neuvoja lopun oleskeluni Kefalonia. Haluaisin mielelläni suositella tätä hotellia kaikille vieraille Kefalonia. Vaikka et ole siellä, se on hyvin arvokasta varata kylpylähoito ja nauttia lounaasta. Olen varmasti takaisin!"

"Staff were super nice! Location is kinda far from the main cities but that’s why they have so much on property to do. Purpose is to stay at resort and use amenities. Beautiful resort and our room was perfect for our honeymoon plus amazing views. We love paddle boarding and paddled every day we were there since it was included in our stay. We also had a couples massage at spa which was amazing. Food on property is delicious especially breakfast. Drinks and snacks at pool were great and affordably priced which is rare at 5 star hotels. I highly recommend!"

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

"Ammos is the Penthouse suite at Meliti Waterfront suites. Its perfectly located overlooking the sea and the Karavomylos Taverna a few minutes’ walk away. It is reached via a flight of stairs (about 25 steps) from a garden entrance. Its probably better than the photos show; excellent cool décor and three bedrooms and two bathroom, one ensuite. The third bedroom had twin beds and is compact. The largest bedroom with two patio doors onto differing balconies does not have the ensuite, this is off the midsize bedroom. The main bathroom is large and also houses the washing machine. The ensuite is very compact and has a small almost vanity size basin. (Note both bathrooms have no basin plugs to retain water!) Our initial welcome was warm and friendly with a quick explanation of the facilities and near by restaurants and places for breakfast. Unlike many places we have stayed, if you wish to cater for yourself sometimes useful items such as condiments, foil, cling film, etc perhaps left by previous guests are not present so come prepared. The whole apartment however is very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare meals, plus two coffee machines (one Nespresso) and kettle. The beds are very comfortable, our bedding was changed once in 7 days, oddly on day 6. Towels were changed after 3 days. One large towel and one hand towel per bedroom. I would stay again as this is a stunning suite and very convenient for travel around the island, most places, Argostoli, Assos, Fiskardo, Poros and Skala all reachable within one hours drive, Agia Efimia in about 30 mins and Sami a 20-30 mins walk or a 10 minute drive. If like us you arrive and have an evening taxi transfer, I recommend you stop at a mini market enroute to buy water and provisions for your first breakfast etc. Don’t forget to pack a couple of plugs for the basins!"

"This is an exceptionally good hotel and we enjoyed it very much. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel like this and the communal pool has been so quiet - absolutely zero stress about will we get a sun lounger. The hotel is so small and intimate you feel really well cared for and heard. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast and food in the restaurant - very good. We had a massage and facial too - both excellent. Really beautiful views also. Found all the staff to be really kind and helpful. A truly wonderful and relaxing place to stay and we will return. Only downside is I think the price point is quite high but that wouldn't stop me coming again. We hired a car which I would say is a must. We loved Dafnoudi Beach in the north, Assos, hiring a boat for the day and going to the volcanic beach and white rock beach and the underground lake caves."

"Olin Astra Villagessa yhdeksän yötä, palasimme eilen illalla. Olemme olleet niin vaikuttunut oleskelumme, että olemme jo päättäneet palata asap. Kaikki on ensimmäistä luokkaa. Auringonpaisteet ovat mukavimpia, joita olemme koskaan käyttäneet ja uima-altaalla oli aina runsaasti käytettävissä. Ruoka baariin tai ravintolaan oli laadukkaita ja HOT! (Ei aina annettu, jos jäädä puoli lautaselle) Ruoka ei koskaan "kierrätetty" seuraavana päivänä ja jälkiruoat olivat hämmästyttävä. Me varmasti palaamme."

"Really friendly hotel nothing to much trouble. Rooms were very clean & serviced everyday. Nice quiet place to stay. Lots of restaurants on the main road above the hotel. Breakfast was very good & the choice of items fresh and plentiful. Sat out on the verandah most mornings eating our breakfast. The only criticism was the bed was not comfortable but this is a personal preference."

"Sijaitsee noin 30 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Skala Town, hotelli sijaitsee aivan tien yli hiekkarantojen, yllättävää, vaikka tie on pääreitti Poros, se ei ollut liian kiire, joten saat vähän melua tien. Pikku auton pysäköinti hotellin lähellä. Kaikki henkilökunta oli kaunis erityisesti Rodi ja Evelyn mutta kaikki henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja apukas huone oli tilava näköala meren, suihkuhuone näytti hiljattain kunnostettu. Sänkyt olivat mukavia, pieni jääkaappi/tee-kahvi/ilma-aluksen ja pieni turvakassa/balkoni pöytä ja tuolit / tasokuva tv noin 50 kanavaa ja hyvä wifi vastaanotto huoneessamme (201) Uima-allas oli kaunis, uima-allas oli lämmin ja puhdas, Päivällinen on runsaasti aurinkosänkyjä mukavaa kuoria ja ranta pyyhkeitä. Buffet tyylinen ruokailuhuone meren näkymät. Aamiainen oli runsaasti valinnanvaraa vain noin kaikki. Little pettymys iltaruokaa (valinta/arvo rahaa) Daily elokuvanäyttely konferenssihuoneessa, ei nähnyt todisteita muun viihde kuin Pool Bar oli screening World Cup jalkapallo iltaisin. Majoitus Kreikassa voi olla melko perustavanlaatuinen kokemukseni, tämä hotelli on merkitty 4 tähden ja uskon sen toimittaa kaiken, mitä sinun tarvitsee tehdä oleskelu mukava, mukaan lukien pieni kauppa lahjoja ja pehmeitä juomia. Olisin iloinen, jos olisin täällä taas."

"We have just returned from a 7 night stay here and could not fault it. Everyone we came face to face with could not do enough to help and always had a warm welcome and smile. Rosa prepares an amazing breakfast spread each morning which sets you up for the day. The housekeeping team do a wonderful job also- are room was spotless and replenished each day! The hotel is in a perfect location to explore from and where as I do understand previous comments regarding noise i don’t think you can escape the night life of Argostoli wherever you are so bare this in mind as a whole when you choose which part of the island you stay. It however didn’t bother us and i am a very light sleeper in general."
