"This retreat is a magical place. The most beautiful view one could wish for in Pokhara. It takes roughly 30 minutes to arrive by car from either the airport or bus stop. The view of Himalayas with gorgeous sunset and sunrise is the reason we chose to stay here. We spent 4 days 3 nights here and we were blessed with breathtaking views. One particular day was fully clouded so it really depends on luck. Stay longer! The rooms get pretty cold in December and luckily they are equipped with heater. I think the bed is just okay, definitely could replace with better ones. The shower takes a awhile to heat up and that's okay but i think they should add a tray to place toiletries for easier shower. The room also need more hooks or a wardrobe to better hang our clothes. The retreat also has a little garden where they plant vegetables. I love going up there to see what they plant. There is a short hike down the retreat to reach a look out point and the world peace pagoda. The restaurant serves good breakfast. Though i wish they could serve all items at once instead of coming out 1 by 1. The dinner menu is slightly expensive and there are some hits and misses. I would recommend the jhol momo, thakali set, pork chilli, chicken manchurian. I think the soup options are way too overpriced for the portion. Lastly, i would like to commend on all staffs here for the exceptional service and hospitality. We even got a small gift that came with Nepali ritual i believe as a blessing. All the best to the team and continue to make this place better."

"Huolimatta alkuperäisistä sisäänkäynnin kysymyksistä, jolloin minua pyydettiin allekirjoittamaan tyhjä vieraslomake, hotellin henkilöstö on ollut erinomainen. Joka kerta kun pääset sisään tai ulos, henkilöstö tervehtii sinua, mikä on hieman yllättävää. Huoneita ovat toiminnallisia, puhtaita ja viihtyisä. Vaikka hotelli näyttää vanhentuneelta, kun oleskelen trekking tee taloja, haluaisin paljon olla täällä. aamiainen oli herkullista. Outoa, minulla oli buffet yksi päivä ja à la carte seuraavana. Sijainti on fantastinen pystyin tekemään pesu, saada hiustenlähtö, ja vuokrata skooter, kaikki samalla kadulla. Se on alle 5 minuutin kävelymatkan Phewa järven, runsaasti ruokailuja lähellä. Olen antanut neljä tähteä koska sisäänkäynnin prosessi."

The facilities in the hotel, open jacuzzi, steam and sauna, pool were unforgettable. The food was delicious, special mention of Chef Deepak Sharma for preparing sumptuous meals. The breakfast is noteworthy of a special mention. The free shuttle service from the hotel to the lakeside adds another feather in the service."

"A calm and beautiful hotel in Pokhara. We really liked the design of the hotel with a bright and airy staircase leading up to a bar area with pool (in summer) and rooftop sitting area. Excellent view over the lake. Very quiet during our stay. There is a monastery a 5 minute walk away that offers yoga, meditation and sound healing. The breakfast is simple but plentiful and the barista made coffee was a highlight. Excellent service with a welcome drink and staff to carry our bags. Would stay here again!"

"This hotel has a certain rustic appeal to it. It's cozy, and I have to admit, the service was fantastic. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in super early in the morning, free of charge, which I really appreciated. It is located in Lakeside, which is the major tourist section of Pokhara. The location is quite good. My main issues are with how clean it was and the noise. I always like to do a quick bed bug check, and the mattress was filthy. All of the sheets and towels were frayed and old. Bugs frequently came in and out of the room. The toilet was combined with a shower. And you can hear literally everything. So if you want a cheap and charming rustic place to stay, this might be it. But it's definitely not quiet or clean."
