After a tiring day, falling asleep listening to soothing music is so relaxing. The free tea and coffee taste great. There are free toilet seats in the bathroom, which is very considerate for me, who is a germophobe. The large floor-to-ceiling glass in the corridor is very bright. Overall, a nice experience. I was particularly impressed by the half-price Snow Lotus coffee at the first-floor café; it was absolutely delicious."
