The air conditioning panel was set to 32 degrees Celsius, but the room displayed 27 degrees, and I measured 25 degrees at the desk. Since lake view rooms are windy in winter, it felt quite cold. I suggest increasing the air conditioning outlet temperature by a couple of degrees in winter or ensuring the electric heaters can operate continuously to provide guests with a warm and comfortable resting environment."
