The hotel room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast has room for improvement because the Mee Siam is not good. It was very good comparing other four star hotels in this price and pleasant stay because 2 technicians came to fix the missing local TV channels in Room No. 622 last Saturday evening. I took advantage of recreation opportunities to visit outdoor pool located on level 15 last Sunday morning, which is in an open area with no privacy to swim since it was surrounded with the bar seating area.

Great hotel. Hard carpark to find but fantastic staff and breakfast! Will go back again! 5 stars!

Hotel is value for money. Location is convenient as there are malls nearby. Room is clean and breakfast is decent.

It’s a rush stay. Price includes breakfast. But have no time to eat, so cannot review for the breakfast part. Swimming pool is 1.2m depth. Cannot give my son to play. Gym room is considered well equipped. Small but consider ok. Free parking for those who stay, just need to go to the counter to verify.

We have been coming to Amerin for the last 8 years.  We always take the Family Room for a 1 night stay.  This time I decided to try the bigger Family Suite.  It was a disappointing experience.    The entire place has a strong musky smell as though the place has not been used for a long long time.   All the aircon control panels’ display show “filter need cleaning” though the aircon is still working.  The furniture looked tired and worn out.  The 2 rooms are awkwardly small with 2 beds in one room and a king size bed in the other, with little space to walk.  There are no proper place to put our luggage’s in the rooms.  We have to put our luggage in the living room due to lack of space.  While I can overlook the tight space and worn out furniture, the musky smell made me very uncomfortable and I had lousy sleep that night.  I had better experience with the Family Room in the past.   Avoid Family Suite if you can.  I think I will look for alternative next year.
