Hotel is out of the way. Musty smell when enter lobby. No or very bad sound proofing as could hear all the cars and motorcycles and couldnt sleep (I am not a light sleeper). Pillows and beds were okie but spotted flies. Disposable toiletries were provided as well as bottled water and coffee and tea.

整體不錯、有些地方骯臟（應該是裝修留下的漆）至少是睡的好、該有的都有！舒服的、10 分有 7 分吧 ！可以嘗試 ！

Great location and easy access. In terms of amenities, it’s is average and okay for the price you have paid. The breakfast is great with good but great if the food can be maintained warm.

Stayed at room 720 platinum suite for a night, impromptu. It is a corner room at far end. AC was weird in the middle of the night, felt super hot even though we set it at 18 deg c and highest fan mode, but became super cold again at sunrise. Room faces the main road so a single loud motorbike passing by is enough to wake me (light sleeper here). Pillows were too high/firm, got a neck sprain next morning. Tv has Netflix. Shower and toilet were decent. Did not use the bathtub. Buffet breakfast at level 13A served well - has all the carbs - rice, noodles, bread, porridge, mee/beehoon soto, cereal. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking is at lower levels, with gantry. Remember to let counter staff set parking ticket to complimentary parking and validate your ticket at level 2 before driving off.

Pls provide ironing board wt iron in every room normally guest need privacy not outside frm the room do ironing especially when they bringing kids together Tq

My 3 days 2 nite stay was ok.The family room was big.Unfortunately i rq for a complimentary wedding anniversary cake but it was not given.Breakfast was ok just not much of variety. Its high time for the hotel to change the outside carpet infront the room because its smell. The swimming pool no kids pool n dirty. Overall it was just ok just 3/10.

The Bed are not very clean it ... air cond come out gt smell.

The aircon is not cold. The breakfast is not good also.

A decent hotel. Serves it's purpose for my family. Tho the hotel could use an upgrade in terms of its outlook and facde (common area carpet, toilet shower glass, etc).. basically a fresh clean modern look will help..

Guests can also enjoy sky-view dining and a rooftop bar with stunning city views. The staff are warm and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. However, there is significant room for improvement. Having stayed in multiple room types across different levels, I’ve noticed frequent quick-fix maintenance—such as repairs on bathroom doors, shower screens, and privacy glass panels. While these temporary solutions address issues in the short term, they often lack durability and impact the hotel’s aesthetics. Additionally, worn-out rubber seals on main room windows allow heat and noise to seep in, making it difficult to maintain a cool temperature, especially with aged air conditioning units struggling to keep up. These issues directly impact guest comfort and should be urgently addressed to uphold the hotel’s reputation and future growth. I encourage management to consider long-term solutions to enhance guest experience and maintain the hotel’s high standards.

Overall great. Just that the room may need some regular maintenance as the bedside lamps were not mounted properly but drooping off the walls and exposing the wires. Otherwise all good !
