Proximity to the place of official business

Big shout out to Executive chef Melusi and Junior Sous Chef Anna for going above and beyond, to accommodate a request of a meal that wasn’t on the menu, the food was very delicious, I can’t express my gratitude to them both. Thank you so much for this kind act. I appreciate the both of you!!

The food menu has improved, in terms of quality and variety during breakfast. The personal had been nice, there were some minor problems but the people were always happy to help and assist. I would book again this afternoon pace for future stays.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would! As we checked in the team at the counter: Hellen, Palesa and Nolwazi provided us excellent service. The Breakfast was superb and the hotel is conveniently 25-30 minutes from the airport. We highly recommend this location for any family or couples traveling. Thank You!

The location is excellent, central, and safe—the area has good restaurants. What stood out was the service, especially in the MCLUB lounge. All staff are courteous and friendly and can't do enough to assist. I stayed for 3 weeks. Well done. See you again

We spent a single night at the Marriott in Melrose Arch but could have easily stayed longer. The hotel and its facilities are excellent—modern, well-maintained, and situated in a comfortable and secure part of Johannesburg. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of restaurants within walking distance, offering plenty of great dining options. The hotel’s own restaurants also looked impressive, and we would have loved more time to try them. If you're looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Joburg, we highly recommend the Marriott Melrose Arch. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a very good hotel and has a lot going for it. The staff are beyond charming and cannot do enough to please. The room is a city business Marriott room which is pretty standard, perfectly adequate, great bed, with a shower not a bath - I believe that 4 rooms do have a bath. Clean and tidy room and serviced immaculately. Restaurant food is lovely and varied. Breakfast in the Exec lounge is also very good. Nice pool about 15 metres long. Located in the middle of a great shopping mall with loads of restaurants and bars. Safe, secure and lovely. Would stay here again.
