"I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk."

"When I came to Jiuzhaigou this time, I spotted this guesthouse on the platform right away, and it was exactly as I imagined when I arrived. The decor is very cozy and makes you feel right at home. There's also a small platform on the second floor that's very comfortable to sit on. The rooms are fully smart, the view is fantastic, and I had a very comfortable stay. All the towels and facecloths are disposable, which is very hygienic. It's also very close to the scenic area, and the guesthouse provides shuttle services to and from the park. We left at 10:30 AM and there was a car to take us directly to the park entrance. The driver was excellent, and the front desk staff (guys and girls) were also very welcoming, always greeting us when we came back from outside. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including specialty dishes, BBQ, and convenience stores. It's also quick and easy to get taxis to places like Zhongzhagou. Behind the guesthouse, there's a lovely path along the river with many Tibetan-style restaurants. The yak hotpot we had was incredibly delicious. After eating, we took a leisurely stroll back along the river; it was so pleasant with the cool breeze in the evening. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"Excellent service at Hilton Resorts (Jiu Zhai Gou). Before we arrived, we were actually stucked due to a previous didi vehicle with flat tyre midway, which caused much anxiety whether we could view the nice view at the hotel. Unfortunately we missed the view at the hotel as it got dark. When we arrived, the place really nice and clean. We were greeted by staff Anna at the frontdesk who very clearly explained to us on the check in details, and when the sun would rise the next day. As we were going to Jiuzhaigou, she also very nicely helped us to arrange a driver for the next day, and explained that the luggage will be carried by the same driver. On the buffet, we also received 2 for 2 discount for the next breakfast given we had some uncertainty on whether all of us will be having breakfast. For dinner, she also recommended the hotel restaurant and what to order, giving us a member discount as well. Along the way, she very helpfully gave us updates and check in on us. We are very grateful to have Anna to support us in our stay, which made it bery pleasant! ☺️ The room also has really nice view and is clean, so highly recommend to pick one that has the pond view. Breakfast also has a good spread!"

"The facilities exceeded my expectations: After a long day exploring Jiuzhaigou, I headed straight to the downstairs gym for a workout to ease my sore muscles from hiking. I tossed my dirty clothes into the laundry room (having a dryer is a lifesaver!), and the next day I had a fresh set, making light travel so much better. Living experience: The room's hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was comfortable, and with the electric blanket on, it wasn't cold at all. The owner was very genuine, punctual with transfers, and even recommended a fantastic yak hot pot nearby. Check-in and check-out were quick. "We booked the Yunfan Tingxue Hotel. The hotel has dedicated parking spaces, and it's free. The front desk staff was very kind and efficient with check-in. Our room was on the third floor, very quiet. Although the room wasn't huge, it had all the necessary amenities, including underfloor heating and air conditioning, which was great. We also got a discount at the BBQ restaurant downstairs. There's a foot massage place on the second floor that offers discounts if you mention your room number, but we opted for a nearby hot pot place, which was also excellent. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious, especially the highland barley cakes – they were so good we even took two with us to eat at the scenic spot! The hotel staff were also very thoughtful, giving us useful tips for the attractions."

While not the most expensive, it truly stands out as the best. Its unique location and environment speak for themselves. The rooms were spotless, and every amenity was exceptionally functional. The staff training is impeccable; every employee genuinely cares for guests, offering thoughtful, warm, and prompt service. This level of management is clearly extraordinary. A special commendation goes to my butler, Xiao Wei, a handsome, cheerful, and emotionally intelligent local young man. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions, providing immense help. He was always responsive and efficient 👍, making my entire stay incredibly reassuring. Also, the executive chef at the Western restaurant, from Guangdong, is an amazing cook and loves to share. Upon learning of my dietary requirements, he quickly made adjustments – I truly felt well taken care of, which is incredibly touching when you're away from home. Furthermore, Lady Gaga, the lovely ******* lady at the Chinese restaurant, is incredibly cute, witty, and even treated me to coffee. With so many amazing 'treasure' employees, this hotel is truly unforgettable. I will definitely choose the Reserve again for my next trip to Jiuzhaigou ❤️. It genuinely felt like coming home… very few hotels can truly make guests feel so warmly cared for. This is the pinnacle of the service industry 👍."
