"This is a fantastic hotel, conveniently located just 500 meters from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, a quick five-minute walk. While it's a bit pricey, seeing other hotels' shuttle buses stuck in traffic in the morning instantly made me feel like it was worth every penny. The hotel's interior design and furnishings are excellent. It boasts a complete XiaoDu smart home system, so you can control the AC, lights, and curtains just by speaking – super convenient. The cleanliness is also top-notch, truly justifying the price; no compromise on quality just because it's near a scenic spot. Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady. Upon check-in, she proactively upgraded me to a scenic view room and shared many helpful tips and important notes about the scenic area. She was incredibly accommodating and had a wonderful attitude towards all my requests. There was a small hiccup when I missed the last bus from the scenic area that evening, and the front desk lady not only helped me contact the scenic area to find a taxi but also stayed on the phone to reassure me. She was so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful – highly recommend!"

After we finished exploring, they picked us up again from the entrance and even dropped us off for our bus ride back. The guesthouse also offers free ******* traditional clothing, which was perfect for taking some stunning photos in Jiuzhaigou, and they provided us with a detailed Jiuzhaigou travel guide. In short, the service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. The guesthouse itself also has a unique charm."

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We arrived around 9 PM, and the front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. The room design was quite interesting, with a sofa placed between the two beds, which was great for avoiding that awkward 'lying down to watch TV' situation. When they saw we had a child, they also proactively offered a kids' toiletries set. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, and you could even make your own butter tea, which I really enjoyed. If you're heading to a scenic spot, you can ask the front desk to arrange a shared car, which is very convenient. The hotel lobby also has scenic backdrops and ******* clothing available for trying on. You can take photos for free within the hotel, or rent the outfits for a fee. We took so many pictures of our child!"

"All the hotel staff were incredibly gentle and friendly. The room was clean, hygienic, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was also very good. It's not far from the scenic area. We left at 6:40 AM and walked along Bianbian Street, listening to the sound of flowing water, and arrived at Jiuzhaigou. Definitely a five-star rating! ❤️"

"I was very satisfied with the room. There were no issues with unstable hot water, which I had been concerned about. The lady at the front desk was lovely and proactively helped me get an extra breakfast for my family of three. We had a twin room, which could be combined, and we asked for extra pillows and blankets. We also had dinner at the hotel, the Chinese food was good and the price was fine. They even gave us a free photo session and a Starbucks buy-one-get-one-free voucher, though we didn't use either. In the room, the welcome fruit was very generous: dragon fruit, oranges, pepino melons, apples, and pears. The mini-bar had Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, and a box of welcome candies. There were also 6 bottles of Nongfu Spring water. I was very pleased. I had originally been a bit worried that the conditions in the valley might not be great. For those who prefer quiet, I highly recommend staying here rather than at the valley entrance. It's much noisier there. If I come again, I will definitely stay here. Hilton is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Jiuzhaigou."

"This hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. The family room was incredibly spacious, and the service was outstanding! We arrived very late in Jiuzhaigou and couldn't find any food, but thankfully, they offered a late-night congee service. The food quality was great, and the lobby restaurant had a lovely ambiance. The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the scenic area entrance, so after a long day of exploring, we could just walk back – no need for a taxi! Highly recommended!!"

"Location-wise, the hotel is nestled in a valley, with a bubble tea shop and convenience store nearby. It's a refurbished Sheraton property and very close to Zangyage Restaurant, which is on the 'must-eat' list and serves delicious food. The suite was more than spacious enough for four people, offering plenty of room to move around, with two TVs and two bathrooms. The hotel also provides a shuttle service for bookings made through Trip.com. Facilities: The bathrooms include a bathtub and a smart toilet with a bidet function. The room even has a walk-in closet and a kitchen. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the black pepper beef was tasty."

"1. The location is excellent, very close to the gully entrance, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 2. The hygiene is good. The room size is average, but the bed is large and comfortable, and the bedding is cozy. The shower water is very hot, making for a comfortable shower. 3. The facilities are complete. 4. The front desk lobby environment is nice. The furniture has good texture. 5. There are a few parking spaces at the entrance. If they are full, the hotel staff will guide you to other parking areas. 6. The service is enthusiastic. 7. The breakfast isn't luxurious, but it's very satisfying. Here's a suggestion: there are too few places in the room to put bags, only one chair, and the shelf under the TV is a bit narrow. This could be improved."

"This newly opened hotel, right next to the Ji Hotel, boasts clean rooms. They offer a convenient shuttle service to the scenic area in the mornings. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful details. Knowing that guests would be doing a lot of walking at Jiuzhaigou, they provided a massage gun for relaxation. When checking out, anticipating long journeys for guests, they even gave out mugwort eye masks. Overall, the attention to detail was exceptional, and I was quite satisfied with my choice. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replenish the breakfast items more frequently, as there wasn't much left when I went later."
