"The date structure and its years show them all because rooms, corridors and many common parts show signs of age. "The place is stunning but they don’t have a reception opened after 8pm. They sent me a text explaining me how to get in with a code and where to find the key. When I arrived from a business dinner at midnight I discovered the key of my room didn’t work. And when I called the mobile no they told me to use, they didn’t pick up. Luckily I was there for business so I called my colleagues, they rushed to pick me up and found me a room in another hotel. When my other colleague who also stayed at the hotel complained this morning, she was told that we should have looked for the night number which was somewhere on a piece of paper allegedly on a desk at the entrance. I’m sorry but I don’t call this hospitality. Those people doesn’t know how to run an hotel and they shouldn’t be allowed to do so. I can only imagine if I would have been alone at midnight in a city I don’t know :-("

Francesca helped us with directions to the car park and even drove us back to the car park the following morning to retrieve our car. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious.
