The pension owner is a very very kind man. The room provides a very good sea view and a comfortable bed. You could go to this pension and have a good day. Here is a tip for you. In case you need help in pension and cannot find owner, there is pension name card on the desk in lobby. You could find his personal phone number. He will definitely like to help you :)

Excellent customer service even when we checked in really late like 9pm+ Great view, max use of smaller space w kitchenette amenities, but not cheap.
