"Literally there was no lock for the washroom which is very basic. We stayed here for a couple of days along with my friends in which there was a woman in our group… and they said that they would fix it the next morning but it was a no show up case. And the room was smelly and we literally had to ask them twice for room fresherner. I get that there was a major accident in Jasper recently but this is the minimum what we expect when we book a hotel room. This aside the other amenities that they provide like swimming pool , hot tub and sauna are all great and enjoyable peacefully."

"We stayed in the new building. The bathroom facilities were clean, and the room had a sofa, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle. The front desk arranged two adjoining rooms for our two families, which was very convenient for socializing. The reception was warm and welcoming. There's no breakfast buffet, but you can order a la carte for a fee. Overall, we had a very good experience."

"Hotel is overpriced for what you get, but you could say that about almost any hotel in the Canadian Rockies. The two double bed room was of adequate size for a solo traveler. Beds were a little soft for my taste, but I still slept well. Bathroom had a shower tub combo with a separate area for the sinks The mini fridge came in handy. Housekeeping was excellent. The decor was as generic and unremarkable as could be imagined. This is an area that definitely could use some improvement. For convenience, there is an ice machine and vending machines with sodas and snacks. On site restaurant was pretty good. Overall, I would recommend this property, but be prepared to pay resort prices for what is really a slightly better than average motel."
