Wir sind herzlich aufgenommen worden und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Auch der Rollstuhl meiner Frau war kein Problem, es gab immer helfende Hände. Essen war super und das Klima tat uns sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder zurück. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Gunter Schwarz

Vacances en famille en février La grosse déception fut la chambre ! Les chambres communicantes avec terrasse ont une vue sur une route bruyante… passage de voitures jour et nuit, si vous avez le sommeil fragile : oubliez. J’avais fait le Check in online : on a du tout refaire à notre arrivée … On nous met des bracelets all in par erreur alors que nous sommes en demi pension, on nous les recoupe tous les 4 pour changer. Les bagages sont laissés sans surveillance dans une pièce à l’entrée. Rien n’est clair sur ce qui est compris ou pas en demi pension. Les capsules de café dans la chambre sont offertes par 6, ensuite il faut les payer ! Je n’ai jamais vu ça dans un 5* Le spa est payant ( pour tous) et n’en vaut pas la peine Le restaurant japonais est bon, mais on ne pouvait y aller qu’une seule fois sur le séjour. Le buffet est varié et de très bonne qualité. Tous les jours avec une thématique différente et indication claire des allergènes. La grande piscine n’est pas chauffée La chambre était grande et propre. Il manque des rangements notamment des endroits pour pendre les essuies humides dans la salle de bain… Tout est propre au niveau des piscine Il y a des fontaines à eau filtrées dans les couloirs. C’est tout de même un peu une usine à touristes ( allemands disons le) et il faut aimer les concepts all in … Donc hôtel tout à fait correct mais 4* à mon sens

Wir bewerten das Hotel zum ersten Mal negativ. Wir haben es in den letzten 2 Wochen vor der Schließung aufgrund der anstehenden Renovierungsarbeiten besucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, die Star Prestige-Zimmer und der Star Prestige-Bereich ebenso. Folgendes führt zu einer negativen Bewertung: - Der Japaner war bereits 1 Woche vor Schließung geschlossen, sodass man diesen gar nicht nutzen konnte. - In der letzten Woche waren die tagsüber angebotenen Speisen im Star Prestige - sehr spärlich. - In der letzte Wochen, speziell in den letzten Tagen vor der Schließung hatten man das auch bei den Speisen gemerkt. - Der Cafe-Wagen im allg. Pool-Bereich hatte bereits ca. 1,5 Wochen vor der Schließung nicht mehr auf. Sicherlich ist es schwierig, ein Hotel bis zum letzten Tag im Vollbetrieb zufahren. Da das sicherlich nicht gelingt, sollte man es besser im Vorfeld kommunizieren und nicht den regulären Preis verlangen. Hier hat IBEROSTAR sehr viel Vertrauen zerstört.

Back for the 4th time and, as always, absolute perfection! The staff are soo helpful and friendly, special mention to Sevillano and Aliou who always remember us and even our drinks order! Food is the best all inclusive we have been to. The hotel is closed now for major refurbishment and we cannot wait to go back in January to see how they’ve improved perfection!

Staff are very attentive, rooms are great with fantastic shower. Mini bar in room is replenished daily, brilliant. Nice bed turn-down service with lovely chocolates in the evening. 10 minute walk takes you to the local shops for any additional requirements. Very clean hotel. Food is absolutely amazing, can’t wait to come back.

Amazing hotel, this is our second time visiting. We have not been disappointed. We first came in April 2024 and the sea view room we had was fab so have requested it again by emailing the hotel. They replied stating they would try but could not guarantee anything. When we checked in, the receptionist mentioned our request and said they were able to get us into the room next to the one we had last year. This made our stay even better as the location of the room was perfect for what we needed and so quiet too. All the staff at this hotel work hard and are always smiling and saying ‘hola’ I didn’t use the pools as swam in the ocean most days. I felt safe as there is a lifeguard at the beach but it’s also possible to swim where the water is not too deep. The water was perfect for swimming in April and so clear too, goggles are a must so you can see the little fish near the rocks. Food and drink at this hotel were top notch as was the Japanese restaurant. We were lucky to get the last booking before it closed for renovation. At the buffet there was something for everyone and the desserts were so delicious and hard to just have one!! I used the spa for the circuit which was nice and relaxing but could be better if it was a little warmer, the steam room didn’t give out much steam and there was no relaxing music playing in the actual spa. There was some in the reception area . Also, would be nice to have a water dispenser within the spa and not outside near the toilets. I still enjoyed it and found it relaxing. We hope to come back to this beautiful hotel once it has been refurbished. I hope the staff you have will be retained as they are truly wonderful!! So refreshing to see the same staff that worked at the hotel last year. As a side note, this hotel is not really suitable for children 1+ Not much for them to do in the hotel and resort. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so wonderful ❤️

Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnels très chaleureux et accueillant. Restauration abondante et excellente, à tout heure. Idéal pour couples ou familles. Piscines satisfaisantes mais rien comparées à la sublime plage aux eaux cristallines au pied de l’hôtel. Hâte de revenir

Todo el personal del hotel super atento y amable, un 10. Instalaciones limpias y el servicio de restaurante y bar excelente. Muy fácil acceso a la playa, también dispone de aparcamiento. No hay problemas de hamacas y el hotel en general es bastante tranquilo, para relajarse y disfrutar.

Primero decir que península Jandia es una buena opción para la gente que busca relax, tranquilidad y playa. Hotel Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura Palace está orientado a relajante, romántico y confortable descanso en pareja. Mas, si es servicio Star Prestige. Situación privilegiada. Vistas desde hotel y habitaciones espectacular. Piscina , hamacas, decoración de habitaciones y espacios comunes, jardines, servicio de camareras, limpieza: todo de 10. Dormir muy cómodo. Comida tanto por el producto, como por elaboración y presentación es de calidad. Y todo esto en víspera de una reforma de hotel. Muy recomendable.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem perfektem service, leckerem Essen und hochwertigen Getränken! Der Service von allen Mitarbeitern ist ausgezeichnet, besonders von Aliou und Sevillano! Alle Mitarbeitern sind super nett und machen ihre Arbeit hervorragend. Die Zimmern haben alles was man braucht und sind super sauber. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist kaum zu übertreffen!

Perfekter Aufenthalt – wie immer! Ich war nun zum dritten Mal im Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura Palace – und es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Das Hotel überzeugt mich jedes Mal aufs Neue mit seinem hervorragenden Service, der weit über dem Standard liegt. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und geschätzt.

Super Hotel! Schöne Location am Strand, Zimmer super sauber. Überall Wasserspender, Cocktails und Softdrinks an mehreren Bars, Essen super mit großer Auswahl! Die Mitarbeiter sind besonders freundlich, vor allem waren Aliou und Sevillano immer sehr entgegenkommend und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt!

Top gepflegte Anlage direkt am Strand. Wir sind schon zum dritten Mal hier. Besonders gut hat uns die riesige Auswahl an hochwertigem Essen gefallen. Sehr aufmerksames Personal und schöne Zimmer. Die alkoholischen Getränke werden mit Markenprodukten zubereitet. Für uns kein muss aber ein nettes Extra!

Aliou is the best ever! Merci à toute l’équipe pour la bonne humeur et le service impeccable. Très belles vacances au sein de ce complexe réunissant tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un moment relaxant et revitalisant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
