Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaş yardım konusunda biraz zayıf kaldı .

Останавливались в отеле между рейсами. На такси от нового аэропорта до отеля 20 минут на такси (150 лир примерно). Сам отель находится рядом с торговым центром. Отель отличный, большие номера, доброжелательный персонал. Рекомендую

#好評#對廁所清潔度，浴室清潔度，公用空間裝修，職員友善度，Wi-Fi，酒店氣味滿意；酒店在机场附近的小镇上，因该是这个小镇最繁华的地带了，这里的人很好，2个前台小哥哥很热情也很好，我是因为这里离机场比较近，觉得性价比比较高，我又是夜晚飞机住不到几个小时才住到这里的，不过也很方便

직원분들은 친절하나 시설이 좋지않다 실내 냉장고도 없고 식당도 없으며 실내로 주는 조식은 형편이 없다

Room for Improvement I recently stayed at Inalens Hotel and had an overall decent experience, rating it 3 out of 5. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, a couple of issues affected my stay. First, there was some noise from roadworks outside, which disturbed the peace, especially at 01:00. Additionally, I found a ball of hair left in the shower, which was disappointing and made me question the cleanliness. These factors somewhat detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be a great place to stay.

A clean and nearby Airport hotel A small, nice and clean Hotel to stay. Great location; 2 min walk to shopping mall, grocery stores and restaurants. 15 km ( 20-24 min) away from IST airport. The receptionist Murat (?) with his good enough English helped us several times to get a taxi fr hotel to IST where we payed ~ 240TL-250 TL. Overall we where happy to stay in the hotel.

Please avoid if you can’t stand the smoke smell. This is small hotel around 15-20 minutes from Istanbul airport. While price may be tempting, you must know that it is small hotel with no elevators (however someone may help you with luggage). The worst part is that hotel has a very strong smoking smell everywhere including rooms. If you don’t mind the tobacco smell then it is fine for a night. The staff tried to accommodate us, but nothing they could do for the smell or minimal amenities. Don’t expect much.

Our first time in Turkey and we were only there for one night. We found this an excellent place to stay for the price. The staff was very helpful, willing and accommodating. I can put up with a lot if the staff have a helpful attitude. The place was nice and the staff very helpful. Thanks!

The main man Mert at the reception made this hotel worth the money. He was always available, and always happy to help. Top guy! The hotel itself is very good considering how cheap it was for two nights. Clean, modern, wifi and tv etc.. and a terrace which was decent. Its only drawback is design, to reach my room at the top you have to go outside and come back in..fine if it wasn’t February and colder than the UK haha. Otherwise great! 👍🏼

Останавливались в этом отеле на одну ночь. Отель оправдал ожидания. Из минусов - грязные окна и слегка подломанная сантехника. Из плюсов: приятный завтрак, круглосуточная стойка регистрации, очень хорошее расположение. В двадцати метрах от отеля конечная остановка автобуса "Havaist", очень удобно добираться до аэропорта. До центра городка 5 минут пешком. Рядом немаленький ТЦ. Персонал дружелюбный. Для длительной пересадки в Стамбуле очень даже подходит.

Despite that I had booked in advance, a flight delay prevented me from arriving when estimated. They tried to contact me, but I was on the flight! So they let the room to someone else!!! There were NO rooms available when I arrived, and their only suggestion was to wait in reception... At about 04:00, I really needed sleep, and since I had a rental car, I slept there! Apparently a room became available at about 05:00, but I was asleep. Although I didn't have a room, they refused to refund!!! The room I got after 08:00 was a good size. If only this hotel was run for guests, it could be good, but the lack of service and attitude made the stay terrible. Finding a parking space was by luck.. (I had reserved via *********** but they didn't help at all.) The shower area was too open, so the bathroom floor became very slippery, and there was no appropriate mat. Unless the service improves, I wouldn't go back.
