I have two issues:
1- I requested a technician to adjust the AC to 22° at 2 p.m & called him two times, then went to the reception to complain they told me they could change the room I saw it it has same problem I refused change it. they sent a technician at 10 p.m to solve the problem.
2- They blocked 8000 L.E when I check in after I checked out at 12:30 p.m Upto now at 6:30 p.m the blocked amount not released.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
First, the hotel lacks cleanliness. The carpet in the room was not clean, giving a poor impression from the start.
Secondly, if you suffer from allergies, I do not recommend staying here. The hotel is located near the sea, resulting in high humidity, and the room has no proper ventilation. The air conditioning does not work, leaving the air stagnant and uncomfortable.
Due to these conditions, I became unwell and had to buy medication. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not take any serious action to resolve these issues.
Overall, my stay was unpleasant, and I would not choose this hotel again.
