Esperienza pessima : Hotel SPORCHISSIMO!!! Purtroppo sono a segnalare questa struttura, perché veramente sporca oltre che vecchia e non curata! Camere “impregnate” di fumo, sporche e buie. Letto sfondato con lenzuola sporche e bagno indescrivibile! Dopo sentite lamentele, ci hanno cambiato camera che sicuramente era più grande e più pulita, ma comunque indecente. Colazione servita nella “taverna” senza finestre, sedute sfondate e il fattore comune della SPORCIZIA l’ha fatta da padrona anche qui! Wi-Fi NON FUNZIONANTE!!!!! Personale della reception educato, gentile e disponibile, anche se non parlano inglese bene e devono usare il traduttore, ma purtroppo nel complesso l’esperienza in quell’hotel e’ stata veramente BRUTTA causa disservizi vari!

Décevant Le personnel a toujours le chic de ne pas respecter les réservations fait sur votre site. Et l’on vous dirige sur un autre hôtel pendant une ou 2 nuits. C’est vraiment navrant

Not a 5 star as advertised. Tiny swimming pool. No ac working. No good service

Hotel and area It was nice for the price I payed, there are two hotels in the same area, one has the pool and the other has the breakfast. The area might look sketchy but I had no problems. It is located near the tourist areas.

It was clean enough, and close enough to everything once we grabbed a ticket for public transit. We arrived early and they were kind enough to allow us access to the room early. The breakfast was a big selection, decent enough. Things that were less than satisfactory. The AC in our room turned off every four hours- so you had to wake up and turn it back on. The ventilation of the hotel was not great, cigarette smoke would waft into our room anytime anyone lit a cigarette. (I’m sensitive to cigarette smoke) When we asked for direction to the underground subway to the international train station we were told it was $45 bc no public transit went to that train station. It does and we figured it via Google, and asking at the subway station.

All perfect,people are lovely, missing a good breakfast at the terrace with this lovely few.

Turistik ve ticaretin kalbi olan Laleli'de bulunan Hotel, ulaşım anlamında her yere yakın. Hotel çok güzel. Ayrıca Saygıdeğer Baver Bey, Mete Bey ve İzzettin Bey çok kibar insanlar. Misafirlerin konforu için ellerinden gelen özveriyi gösterdiler. Her dilde kendini geliştirmiş saygın personel. Herşey için minnettarım...

The rooms are very small but clean. The bed is not quite firm but acceptable. I had to take a cold shower as there was no hot water even letting water run for over 5 minutes.The water in the sauna area however was very hot, but in the room, not hot water. The elevator is very slow and the wait was too long. Internet is horrendous.

One off staff was very rude when I was checking they don’t like u asking for help or about hotel things but be ware there is pick pocketing in Istanbul I went to take a tram to blue mosque and my wallet got picked pocketed so don’t Carry cash t be careful t I be careful ask hotel for help they called police t lost and found only problem is hotel Didn’t speak English they translated t on my phone to police and lost and found end up not finding wallet some hotel members tried doing there best hotel has pool t sanua lady in pool Area was very rude and doesn’t speak English people in turkey don’t speak English so if u come to turkey u need to translate or they ignore u t they had tour desk in hotel

Petit hôtel de ville très bien très bon emplacement dans le quartier de Aksaray . beaucoup de boutiques dans les rues voisines et restaurants. A quelques minutes a pied du tramway pour aller vers Fatih et les centres touristiques de visite, comme Sultanahmet, la mosquée Aya Sofia ou encore Topkapi. le trajet est très rapide en tramway en quelques stations on arrive dans la veille ville . Personnels très gentils. Le petit déjeuner est très bon Chambres propres et pas trop bruyantes. Service de navette VIP vers l aéroport possible Nous avons déjà était 3 fois a Istanbul pour l'instant c est l hôtel que nous avons préférer

I basically had one of the worst experiences so far in this hotel. Let me elaborate what happened with me and my friend. Once we arrived turned out that the room we originally booked was not available and they provided us a different room but not for the same cost and set up, basically it was a downgrade and they did not refund the difference. The room did jot even have enough outlets on wall, just one. No one speaks basically English at the place, once we started complaining we had a chance to speak with the general manager, however he still could only do 6 euros discount which is ridiculous. They stated that they have laundry services starting from 20-50 lira and the end we were charged 30 euros for that. They lost the original bag that I was using for my laundry. The shower is heavily leaking and once you open the windows you have hard kitchen smell coming in. They receptionist were not helpful with catching a taxi either, the wifi only works when no one else is using it in the hotel, so its not a reliable network. Once we wanted to check out and pay the full amount in EUR with card, they claimed that 20 euro needs to be paid with cash, which was not highlighted previously and we were already short on EUR cash. Also in the beginning they wanted the whole cost being paid in cash in EUR, like a money launderer place. The bedsheets were not that clean and the towels were heavily used as well. As the receptionist couldn’t speak English no one give us an introduction of the city/sights/places which I personally would have expected in a hotel like this.
