The room and service are excellent! All the amenities are available even with the small hotel, location is excellent, safety also excellent! The police station is just right opposite. The reception and the owner/manager is exceptional, allow me to check in earlier because of the rain, with the available room. I really appreciate it. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Personnel très accueillant et agréable, emplacement parfait juste à coter du grand bazar et d'une station de tramway donc très pratique. L'hôtel sent très bon c'est très agréable et la chambre pour deux est suffisante. En revanche il y a un boîtier et des prises en plein milieu de la tête de lit ce n'est pas du tout agréable et le boîtier de la carte de la chambre clignote constamment la nuit... La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer ce qui est dommage et la literie n'est pas très confortable. Pour une à deux nuits cela convient.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel. Tiny rooms. Care needs to be taken with cleaning. Dirty shower glass and dirty toilet bowl on arrival. No coffee sachets. They need to put a top sheet on bed instead of heavy throw. Slept well. Took a water from fridge and noticed housekeeping had not kept the fridge stocked up. Stayed here for 2 nights, would not want to stay longer. Woken at 8 a.m. by loud housekeeping staff.

Das Hotel ist recht einfach, aber zumindest sauber und bietet eine angenehme Schlafumgebung. Das Frühstück, das im Preis inbegriffen ist, lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Es reicht zwar, um nicht hungrig in den Tag zu starten. Wir hatten immer ein paar Eier, etwas Tomaten, Gurken usw. Der Kaffeeautomat ist besonders enttäuschend, daher wäre es ratsam, stattdessen Tee zu wählen. Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn das Hotel den Automaten austauschen würde.

I stained in Alpinn Hotel Istanbul from 28 September to 1st October 2023. I am very satisfied . Hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff is very pleasant and very helpfull with all my needs. Receptionist is very professional, answered to all my questions what to see and how to get places of my interests. Breakfast was very good. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and next time wish again stay here!

The best thing about this hotel is the location .It’s too close to tram station .Actually , it’s not very clean . And breakfast came with a limited choices.Bathroom was too small . Staff were very friendly,helpful.Specialty,Ali in the reception he was taking English very well that was very helpful for us .

Отвратительный старый отель.матрасы мягкие,аж проваливаешься на дно кровати,в матрасе и простыне дырка,низкие потолки,смесители в ванной плохо работают.Завтраки скудные,кофе-это нескафе.за такие деньги это ужас,вода в номере платная,ни щетки,ни пасты.

Very nice, clean and centrally located hotel. Metro station a few minutes away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to main attractions of old town, such as Blue Mosque, Aja Sofia and Topkapi palace. Many good restaurants nearby.

I made reservatioms for 2 people And I paid for 2 people.. I checked in 1st and my boyfriend was supposed to check in afterwards when he arrived. When I told the front desk that my boyfriend was arriving the guy at the front desk asked me if we were married. I said no and he said my boyfriend could not join me in my room unless we were married. There was nothing in the reservation rules that indicated that guests had to be married if staying in the same room. This should have been made clear during the reservation process. There were some good things overall, but I did not appreciate the hotel not allow me to let my boyfriend stay with me when I paid for him. I was too exhausted to argue and I just left the next day to go to another hotel. Thank goodness I only booked one night at the Alpinn or my whole trip would have been ruined. ******* should make sure that hotels that have these rules make it evident during the reservation process so I could have chosen a different hotel.
