Terrible memory of staying in this hotel.
1, air conditioner is broken, called for front desk 2 times with no solution. Luckily the weather is not too bad.
2, clogged bathroom drain
3, late response from front desk, even asking for dental kit. Report a problem. You have to call twice. And wait 20 mins more.
4, my luggage was left outside and very close to exit door for temporary storage. very disappointing
