"We stayed for 1 night to celebrate with our relatives for the Chinese New Year celebration. Upon entry, we found that the hotel was beautiful and has a unique interior design. The first room we were assigned to unfortunately had a water leak from the ceiling, and we found that the beds were slightly wet with water marks. However, the staff were quick to act and immediately assigned us to another room. The service from the staff members were excellent. The location if the hotel is very close to the town centre, which would be good for tourists. At night, it was a bit hard for us to stay asleep because of the loud sounds from the cars and bikes passing by the accommodation. Overall, our stay was okay, and it was cozy."

"The room is a bit old, but it was still clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The water pressure in the shower was very strong, but unfortunately there didn't seem to be any hot water, so the shower was quite cold. What concerned me the most was the security. After checking in, the staff gave me my room key and I went into my room to rest. A short while later, someone suddenly unlocked and opened my room door. It was quite shocking. I went to the front desk to find out what had happened, and they told me they had accidentally given another guest the wrong room key. Although it was an honest mistake, I felt quite unsafe knowing someone else could enter my room. I hope the hotel will improve its room key management to prevent this from happening again."

"Here’s a polished, warm version you can send—friendly, appreciative, and clear 🌷 (I kept your original points, just smoothed the flow and tone.) ⸻ The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!"
