I’m feel shocked and trying to looking for mechanic to replace my tyre. I’m feel surprise that staff from there is very friendly and helpful to do me a favor and replace it together with me. I’m really feel warm and appreciated and for sure next time when I’m going to Ipoh. This always will be my First Choice. 🙏🏻 Can’t do much for you guy, just hopefully this review will be helpful."

"We booked this place to rest and ended up getting even more tired. The management should learn how to manage to check in and check out during festive season, large crowd. We arrived at lobby for check in at 450pm and received our key at 930pm. We received the room which is not even done the room service , we were even told by the counter staff to re use the pillow , blankets which used by previous guest. They give the reason no staff to do house keeping. The previous guest trash not even take out. Smelly. Instead of cleaning it we were given new trash bag to put out trash. What’s the point of having strategic place but useless management? If I were given option to refund the money i would refund. But what to do it’s non refundable. To the counter guy you definitely need a ⭐️ for your patience to handle crowd. 😌"
