5 star experience! Staff was very friendly and the room was extremely nice! Very close to many food options and the transit center too :D

Hotel is fully renovated, everything is new! Very comfortable beds, nice city view from the window, especially in the evening. Rooms are very quiet.

The Hotel was closely located near the transport hub (buses to railway and huangshan cable car). The room was extremely clean and well equipped. We even got a free room upgrade from the staff during check-in.

Very nice and clean hotel. Hotel’s location is also very conveniently located right by the bus station that will take you to Mount Huangshan’s entrance. The staffs were amazing and have been very helpful. They borrowed me their lightning cable to test and see if my phone was faulty or my cable as it was completely drenched by the rain when I was above the mountain. Even directed me to where I can get myself a new cable. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there after checking out as we wanted to check out Hongcun Village. They even said farewell with a complimentary gift when we were about to leave. Overall, I had a really good experience staying at this hotel that I would definitely book here again in the future if I were to stay in Tangkou.

We stayed at the Microtel in Tangkou mainly because of its perfect location — right across from the entrance to Mt. Huangshan, which couldn’t be more convenient. The room was clean and comfortable overall, though there was a slight smell of smoke, which was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, everything was fine and the location really made it worth it.

I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were very clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! They helped us store our luggage while we went up the mountain to stay the night.

Very clean room. Front desk staffs are friendly and accommodating. As hotel is under renovation, our rooms were affected and no electricity for one of the night, immediately they changed our room to a better one. Recommended to those who wants to stay near the station and mountain entrance.

Beautiful modern room, amazing value for money. Hotel is opposite bus site for the mountain, just take the pedestrian bridge, perfect for an early start to hiking. Free self service laundry. Friendly and helpful staff. Currently some ongoing renovation on ground floor but this caused no disruption. Large convenience store next door and lots of places to eat close by. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff is very helpful, the room is incredible and location is great. Highly recommend staying here if you have the time. They even arranged so that we could take a shower after visiting the yellow mountains, even though we had already checked out and were about to leave for Shanghai. 10/10 place through and through

Very clean and modern hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave us tips to tour Huang Shan.

we stayed here when visiting Huangshan. Place is great and very close to the bus that takes you to the scenic area. At the scenic area, there is a walking route instead of the cable cars, which I recommend if you like hiking steep stairs for 2 hours (including breaks). The line for the cable cars can be crazy long.

Fantastic stay, best in Tangkou. Will stay again when we here again.
