การบริการดีมาก ติดทะเล มีกิจกรรมหน้าหาด วันที่ไปคอมแอร์ดังมากลอดเข้ามาในห้อง แต่ขี้เกียจเปลี่ยนห้อง เลยนอนไปทั้งแบบนั้นค่ะ อาหารเช้าดีมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย

ทำเลดีมากเลยค่ะ วิวห้องก็สวย

ควร ปรับปรุงห้องน้ำ

มาเข้าพักที่โรงแรม Blue Wave เป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้วค่ะ ชอบทำเลที่ตั้งโรงแรมค่ะ สามารถเดินลงหาดเขาตะเกียบจากโรงแรมได้เลย มีสระว่ายน้ำ มี fitness แต่ตัวตึกโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่านะคะ แต่เราโอเคค่ะ เพราะห้องนอนก็มีขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่ วิวจากระเบียงห้องมองเห็นทะเลสวยงามค่ะ ราคาไม่แพงด้วยค่ะ มีอาหารเช้าให้ด้วย ถือว่าโอเคเลยค่ะ

พักครั้งที่ 2 แล้ว ชอบทุกอย่าง บริการดี ห้องอาหารเช้าอาหารหลากหลาย สระว่ายน้ำเหมาะกับเด็กๆๆ รร.ติดทะลเลย ลงหน้าหาดก้อมีเตียงของ รร.ให้พักผ่อน ชอบมาก

Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed in while in Thailand I’ve been to Thailand many times and this hotel is the worst. Pool not cleaned daily. Rooms are dirty or haven’t been cleaned. Breakfast overpriced and same food as the day before. Wifi doesn’t work for most of the time. We tried to address all of the above issues but we were unable to get the answers or resolutions resolved. There are many other nicer hotels close by. Thank you

Slidt hotel - med god beliggenhed ved strand Hotellet har en god beliggenhed lige ned til rigtig fin strand. Men det er et noget nedslidt hotel. Der er en pool men kun meget få liggestole og ingen udlevering af håndklæder, som før i tiden. Poolen var i øvrigt ude af drift i 7 af de 9 dage, vi boede der. Der var en fin stor altan til værelset, men ingen stole eller bord til at sidde på, så den kunne ikke rigtig benyttes. Prisen er i overkanten i forhold til hotellets tilstand og faciliteter.

Et slidt hotel. Lidt dyr til prisen sammenlignet med, hvad du kan få i nærheden ved stranden.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We needed a place to stay from New Year's Eve onward. This hotel was a short walk from the hotel we were staying at. They showed us the junior suite on the 8th floor and we were taken by the beautiful sea view. This was the only good thing about our stay as we could watch the fireworks from the balcony. We negotiated a price for that night and the following 8 nights. They said they only take cash. Big red flag but we agreed but had to get the cash. Was only able to withdraw so much per day from the atm so paid for more than 5 nights. After this they kept hounding us for for the rest of the payment. On the first night we noticed the wifi in the room wasn't working. It kept kicking out and eventually said internet not available. We inquired several times and each time they said they would send someone to have a look. No one came until we finally said we wouldn't be paying the balance until it's fixed. They quickly sent someone who was not helpful at all and didn't come up with a solution. The next day they moved us to a different room that was smaller with terrible lighting and again wifi that didn't work. This hotel is very dated, overpriced and is in desperate need of upgrades. We decided we would only stay 5 nights total and go back to the original hotel we stayed at which is so much better. When we told them we would be checking out earlier than planned we asked for our overpayment amount back. They refused and said because we are not staying the entire time agreed upon we had to pay regular price. We gave a list of everything in the hotel we weren't happy with and the reception said they would ask the manager. The so called manager then messaged and said we couldn't get any refund. After this the staff pretty much ignored us for the rest of our stay and our room was not cleaned on the last day. In the morning when we checked out we again asked for the refund and told them that the room had not been cleaned. The first person said we were in our room all day and they couldn't come to clean. That was a lie, we had been out almost the entire day. The next person said she called housekeeping and they said they had cleaned our room. Another lie! We had bags of garbage in the room because the garbage cans are so tiny that you can only fit maybe a handful of tissue in there. The room was still in the same condition we had left it in that morning. She then asked if we had pictures of proof. Are you serious? They were basically accusing us of lying. After arguing back and forth they said the big boss wouldn't be there for a few days and to come back to ask for the money. So here we are writing a bad review which is usually not our style. Also the breakfast was terrible. First morning it was New Year's Day so it was actually decent as they had a lot of variety as the hotel was full. And then the mornings after that the selection began to dwindle each morning and I'm quite certain they were putting out leftover food. Again, do n
