This beautiful, fully air conditioned, 1620 sq' Poipu Kai Regency condo is very spacious with two stories and an open loft that serves as a fourth bedroom. The whole house A/C and the pool heater were just added. I had some problems with a cleaner, but my new guy is awesome. Together we have scrubbed the entire house. This property is perfect for extended families with three separate suites, each with access to outdoor decks.Air conditioning in the common area of the home is set for maximum cooling to 75 degrees, with Individual air conditioners in each of the bedrooms for sleeping comfort.Strong floor plan for private time as well as large spaces for the whole family.
