"Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests."

"酒店在英西峯林的一個小鎮內，背靠兩座山峯，門前有露天泳池，景觀怡人，環境清幽，位置很好，去景點和黃花鎮吃豆腐都很方便。前台小姐姐服務態度好，笑臉相迎，服務響應也很快，我們需要礦泉水等，很快就會拿到房間。床品不錯，居住體驗很好。入住的房間窗外能看到山景，主管小張還是退伍軍人，各方面管理比較到位。"

"Overall, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, such as decorating the room, answering questions patiently and setting up a hot spa outside our room. The breakfast was average, but the lunch and dinner were delicious. It's definitely a remote area, but you can ask them to arrange an Uber service. Also, if you're lucky, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunset. It would be better if there was a fridge inside the hotel room. However, you can still use the communal fridge. All in all, it's an ideal destination for couples looking to unwind and relax, with the added luxury of a private pool and spa amidst nature's beauty."

"本次是家庭出遊，入住體驗非常棒！ 周邊環境：別墅是徽派建築，如果有小姐姐要拍照也很方便，環境清幽雅緻。停車位就在別墅門口，很方便停車，停車自費，就是手動輸入停車金額得小心別輸錯。 別墅內環境：庭院面積不小，一大家子做燒烤很棒，廚房裡有廚具，冰箱，電飯煲等，自己帶一些食材，真的好適合家庭聚會，和家人邊烤邊聊太愜意了，小朋友能在客廳唱K。床鋪都是鋪上了一次性的四件套，小兔子的小朋友高興壞了。 關於服務：最想誇誇管家姐姐，現在出來外面玩兒服務到位的體驗真的很重要。從入住引導到需求響應都無微不至，因為帶了生鮮，想提前一會入住使用冰箱，管家小姐姐幫忙協調了，提前幫忙開了空調和KTV。晚上麥克風沒電了，小姐姐很及時送過來。推薦的吃飯的地方相當靠譜，都好吃。 關於周邊遊玩：去了兩個地方，巧克力王國不太好玩，荒廢衰敗的感覺，看不到幾個工作人員，裏面很多項目還要額外收費。但是仙橋地下河自然風光很好，夏天來也不熱，值回票價。 其實不遊玩周邊景點，單純住別墅裏休閑聚會都是非常好的體驗了，性價比超高，已經安利給身邊所有朋友，下次有機會再來！"

"The hotel was very nice! They gave us a free upgrade to the room with a tub outside in the backyard. The kids had a bunk bed and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff named 谢谢您 was very kind to us, she deserves a raise. The hotsprings were amazing! The kids loved it! The food for breakfast was decent, chinese style and also had fresh salad. Would recommend you to bring your kids and enjoy the resort."

"房間很大，特別是院子，有泳池，有兩個小温泉，有汗蒸房，有茶室，有燒烤爐，能想到的都齊全，是這次行程很大的驚喜。 入住當天剛好碰上冷空氣，清潔阿姨馬上就開了全屋空調暖氣，而且各項用具，設施也介紹得很齊全。 店家也在入住後，發了一些攻略，我們第二天也在旅遊區裏面逛逛。 早餐種類就比較簡單，但是味道還是很不錯的。 這家還是比較推薦的。"
