"12月就提前定了兩個房間，下午2點40左右到的，根本沒有提示牌，後來服務員出來接我們，不然完全找不到。
到了樓上被告知房間沒有收拾出來，我們表示可以等，結果一進到還沒打掃完的房間，就聞到一股子臭味，服務員説，之前的客人帶了貓狗所以很臭，但是那個臭味真的完全受不了，後來服務員又去拿了消毒液拖地，然後就是臭味混合了消毒液，味道更加難以形容。
我們要求換一個房間，因為另外的房間是正常的，衹是衞生還沒有做好。管理員表示全部房間訂出，調換不了。要求一間正常的住宿房間，這個要求很過分？我們是正常付費訂房，不是免費住宿。
後來經攜程上留的民宿聯繫電話溝通，才同意給予調換，也就是説房間是有的，感受特別差，衹會強調春節人特別多，這都不是給客人一間臭味十足房間的理由！"

免費幫我們升級了房型，服務很周到！院子裏的温泉水很熱，泡着非常舒服！周圍環境很安靜，休閑一流！樓上兩個大陽台，各有各的風景，空氣清新，富氧含量高！出門右轉就是愛情莊園售票處，左轉就是非遺文化村，遊玩很方便！長者住得舒心，娃娃玩得開心！體驗了一把小清邁的感覺！

本開始行程是在版納市區的，平台上刷了一下就給我推薦了這家民宿，報着試試的心態我定了間温泉大床房，沒想到版納這邊還有這麼一家寶藏民宿，實在勐巴拉里離市區有大概四十多公里的路程，我是提前跟老闆溝通好的根據定位直接就到別院門口，有管家接待，別墅修建及裝修很大氣且優雅，房間裏管家提前點了蚊香，空調温度也拿捏的剛好，白天跟老闆喝茶聊天也瞭解了當地的一些生活習慣及美食，老闆非常帥氣健談。
設施：設施齊全，周邊吃完也方便，有獨立天然温泉，游泳後再泡温泉相當舒服的，值得推薦哦
衞生：整棟衞生乾淨整潔，管家也隨時都在收拾打掃
環境：別墅的前面是一個超大的湖泊，房間飄窗就能看到，拍照超級出片，沒事可以去看看孔雀放飛
