"Pros: The location of the hostel is 10/10, in the heart of old city, close to every attraction. Staff is so nice, welcoming and helpful, with perfect English, especially breakfast staff. Breakfast is simple, but good. Cons: The worst thing I witnessed during my 4 months trip through SEA - when I was checking out, I was still in the room packing and the lady came early and changed my sheets, and just folded my blanket and left it on the bed!!!!! They are not changing blankets after every person, which is unacceptable!!!!!! I've been to a lot of hostels, but never saw anything similar! Clean bedsheets are essential, and if you have to, put higher price but provide clean sheets, it is not the point to give cheap price and used blankets! Shared bathrooms are soo tiny, showers and toilets barely usable. Everything is open, so the bathroom is kinda in the hallway. Is is cleaned twice a day, but anyway it's very dirty. The room is not cleaned, the lady just comes and changes the sheets when someone checks out (but only sheets, not the blankets). And one more thing, which is not hostels fault, the people whom I shared the room with were the worst, and again I haven't experienced anything similar during 4 months traveling in Asia, no consideration to other people in the room, speaking loudly on the phone at any time, slamming doors in 3am, 6am, eating in the room at 3am, turning on the lights during night, packing, unpacking loudly during all night, playing loudly tiktok during night.... It was the worst 4 nights in my life!"

"Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it's convenient for sightseeing and visiting famous restaurants. If you're sensitive to loud music until dawn, you might find it difficult. As a relatively new establishment, it's very clean, but there are a few shortcomings. For example, the shower room lacks shelves or a place to hang clothes. However, both the receptionist and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and had a bright smile, making every encounter feel pleasant."

"Its super cleaaan! The staff was very warm and nice. The room itself is so clean. There’s a bar n restaurant downstair and its a good place to hang out with other traveller and chit chat~ and its also cheap. Would love to be back here if i’m back to Hanoi"

"When we got there, they didnt have the rooms we booked which was very frustrating. Two of of ended up having to sleep in the airport because it was 3am. But the guy was very nice."

"The hostel is conveniently located and placed inside the restaurant. Their staff are strict for those who wish to check in early, but allow luggage storing. There is a 200k deposit if you don't want to surrender your passport. I'm surprised that there's a functioning indoor pool! They offer basic shower amenities, hot water, a towel, a locker, and a cozy bed. The toilet has a bidet and the rooms have a good air conditioning. The only letdown is the mean lady with short hair at the check-out counter. She screamed at me when I did not understand her the first time. I mean, if you have personal problems, it's better to leave them at home and stay professional at work."

"Overall, the hotel is not really for everyone. First, the cleanliness could be better. The floor felt sticky, as if it hadn’t been properly washed with soap for quite some time. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day no water was brought to the room. There is no elevator, so you have to walk up a narrow staircase to the second or third floor. With luggage it can be quite inconvenient but the staff helped me with it. The area is very noisy. If you want to stay right in the middle of the pub street and enjoy the nightlife, it’s actually a perfect location. It can also work well for groups of young travelers — four people can easily stay in one room. For me personally it wasn’t the best fit. However, the staff at the reception were very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, I would rate it around a 3 out of 5."

"Very clean rooms, nice and clean white bedding. Each bed is equipped with a mini fan (in case the ac isn’t cold enough), mini locker and bed side light. There’s also a larger personal locker under each bed. The bathrooms and showers are on 3rd floor. There’s also a rooftop sitting lounge/area. Towel are 15k to rent- large, white and clean The hostel provides loads of services and the location is superb. Right next to old quarter, short walk from train street, night markets, hoan kiem lake etc. You can get to Noi Bai airport via private taxi (from hostel) or walk to 86 bus stop and get on bus 86 (every 45mins, 45,000đ), also a short walk from hostel My favorite cheap eats and places nearby: LAN SẦU- Mía Sầu Riêng-Nước ép- sinh tố : my fav smoothies place, mango + yogurt is a must try (35k) Banh Mi MAMA: 3 min walk away, breakfast banh mi place, their beef pan for 60 k is a must try Mr.XiXi Shop TheNorthface: somewhere around here (old quarter) you can buy elephant pants for just 70k Bún Riêu Tóp Mỡ Mọc Giòn Cô Hương Béo: this place, or the one next to, delicious bun cha for 50k. Next to train street Overall spent 4 nights and 5 days in Hanoi, was so much fun ! Would recommend"
