"They have a bad habit of turning off their water. I was just now having a shower, shaving my head, and the water in the shower stopped. I had to walk downstairs to the reception with nothing but a towel and soapy head to ask them to turn on the water. they did so. however... When I exited the shower to brush my teeth, the water had stopped again! I waited at the reception but it seems they were hiding from me. I called The hotel number and they came downstairs. I questioned why they keep turning the water off. they just apologized and turned it back on. I don't shower profusely long. why does this hotel have a problem turning on their water? I think I know the answer... Because they have a leaky tap! I think that instead of repairing the tap, they'd rather just turn off the water..."

The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, and the rooms offer amazing accommodation conditions with cozy, well-designed interiors. Considering the low price, it’s an incredible value for money. One small downside is the 500 THB deposit required at check-in, which is refundable but worth noting. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better, as noise from the hallway or nearby rooms can sometimes be heard. Despite these minor points, my stay was a great experience overall. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in Phuket Old Town, this guesthouse is a wonderful option!"

"Sijaitsee keskellä vanhassa kaupungissa. On todella mukava mennä kaikkialle suurella ruokaa. Kuitenkin suuri sijainti tarkoittaa myös meluisa naapuri kappale, On vahva perus boom box musiikkia jostakin, voin tuntea lattian värähteleminen. Huone on suuria tulee sohvalla ja ruokapöytä, mutta ilman TV. Olisin hyvä, että TV huoneessa. Huone on melko puhdas, mutta keittiössä on pieniä ankkoja, jotka kiehuvat keittiössä ympäri kuppeja."

"The hotel room itself was gorgeous, semi-comfortable bed, the room was cleaned each day and restocked water and toiletries. The location is pretty good as it is next to Central and also a day/evening market with a 7/11 at the end of the road. My biggest problem was safety. It doesn’t have a road front lobby so you have to go through a little ally then up some stairs to get to the rooms. The door to the stairs is open 24/7 with no lock so literally anyone could get up into the hotel. The rooms only had a simple handle push button lock and didn’t have any other safety system. The lack of security and not having any reception staff on except when they are expecting guests to arrive/ leave meant the hotel feels very unsafe. As a solo traveller, that is my primary concern. There was a safety issue at one point with a guest being disruptive in the halls, it took about an hour for this to be sorted by a member of staff as I actually had to contact the owner of the hotel who then had to get some staff to the hotel to sort the problem. So even though it is a nice hotel, it wasn’t worth being worried about my safety."

"All good, I like the staffs, are so cooperative. just the guyz late night snores and gossips were disturbing from neighbour bed. There is a common flat table, a big aircon on top of the side, i was working on the table, siddenly the aircon started leaking, my laptop keyboard got wet badly, i thought it will not work. I was upset and quickly turned off laptop and dried by using my hair dryer and thank God it started working. Otherwise my travel can be so stressful."

"Very spacious room and my favorite part is that they give complimentary water, coke and fanta and gets refilled every day. Love also that the TV is a smart tv so was able to watch Netflix. And the airport bus to Phuket Town passes by in front of the hotel."

"********* the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick."

"Lub D Phuket Patong Resort is an excellent choice for solo travelers, especially single ladies who appreciate space for their accessories. The standard single rooms assigned to us are perfectly sized, clean, and thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. Despite being a hostel, the room rates are affordable for having a private space all to ourselves, making it a great value option in a prime location just minutes from Patong Beach. In addition to that, they provide free WIFI and Netflix (provided you have an account to access). The friendly and helpful staff, along with the lively yet relaxed atmosphere, add to a memorable stay. Overall, Lub D resort combines convenience, comfort, and affordability in a vibrant setting suitable for solo adventurers. My travel size is 2 ladies with 2 single rooms by the way. Hotel provide game activities for hotel guests which is kinda engaging and fun. Good thoughts by the hotel. See picture below."
