Super clean room, I am a germaphobe and I approve the hygiene and cleanliness of this hotel, some how better than some of the 4-5 stars international branded hotel (except some common area at the snack bar at ground floor was sticky). 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The staff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: were friendly and nice, with high quality customers (mainly locals in Taiwan). Makes me feel home! Location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: a “real local” night market nearby, about 6 mins of walk, 10 mins walk to Sanduo MRT(accessible exit (15 mins if you walk slow)). 3 departments stores within 10 mins walk. Value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: free self laundry, breakfast, supper, parking and snacks bar in the common area. One of the 2 hotels on my list of accommodation for Kaohsiung lol… … the other one is intercontinental kaohsiung 🤑🤑🤑

The Hotel is located in the convenience transportation Location. Easy for traveling to other areas, close to the hotel also having fast food and convenience store. The hotel itself is clean you can leave the luggage before your check in. I like the common area next to the reception. It's nice and having snack and drink for Hotel guest. Quite impressive. If Having a chance will come back again.

Facilities of hotel near top niche conditions, probably due to recent renovation or opening. Room is spacious for two. Services of front desk are helpful. Even took time trying to help our cell phone connection issues. Breakfast, although vegetarian only, is tasty and offered a wide variety of choices. Disappointed is about the noises caused by unruly neigbouring guests late at night.

We had a great time at the Riverside Hotel! Even though we got there late, the staff was really nice and helped us check in quickly, so we could get some sleep before leaving early the next morning. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service that took us to and from the airport. It made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Overall the hotel was very nice. It was modern. The check in staff was very helpful and at least one person on staff always spoke English. Note that the staff at breakfast were super cute older ladies and they don't speak English. Pros: Modern design. Newer hotel. Large beds (stayed in a standard quad room). The twin bed rooms were also bigger and nice. The shower was really great. It was super high pressure. Bidet for the toilet. Big bathrooms. You can turn on the vent and dry clothes that you hang to dry. The 13th floor area is nice with snacks through the afternoon and evening and coffee. They provide free sparkling water and regular water for the rooms. Very well designed with great storage since there wasn't much floor space. Cons: Location wasn't really next to many food areas. There's a Starbucks. You have to walk around 5-10 min, which is fine, but it's not the usual vibes you would imagine having in Taiwan. Unlike Taipei, the city is a sleepy town. A lot of businesses are just randomly closed during work hours and regular business days. There is a 7-11. The night market nearby is small. The breakfast needs a little help. After 2 days, it's the same food over and over. We were there for 7nights, so you can imagine it was a bit tiresome. I hope they can provide more variety. Even the soup only changed once. So 6 breakfasts it was miso soup. 1 breakfast was a corn soup (good, but never came back). Another major con is the hotel has no direct email address, so you can't contact them directly. I had to speak with the Leisure group hotels via FB messenger. They never responded via the Line App. We chose this hotel because it's newer and had the room arrangements that we needed for our group (12 rooms). Big buses can wait outside for you. You can't make much noise in this hotel. We got warnings every day and that was just when we were hanging out in the lobby waiting for the elevator. Overall the hotel was good value and great for a soccer team since we had the 13th floor for our team meetings and for hanging out at night.

The room is clean and spacious, facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station though. Since it’s converted from an old commercial building, you have to climb about 10 steps through the mall to get up to the hotel, not the most convenient if you’ve got big luggage. Also, at night some of the mall doors get locked, so you might need to ask security how to get in, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, it’s more suitable for business travelers than leisure ones.

The location is great. The rooms are rather too small, at first I was placed in one that didn't have a window but I asked to be moved to one that had a window, luckily my request was met. Not recommended for an extended stay. Also, the staff at reception aren't friendly with internationals/black foreigners from my experience though they speak English. Only one guy tries to be engaging when you ask for help but the others frown and express irritation. The toilets and showers are clean but the kitchen surfaces are sometimes not kept clean.

I stayed there for 3 nights during Twice’s concert. They gave us some snack and refreshments on the concert night🥰 What they can improve is sanity issue. It would be better if the trash can next to the toilet has a lit to keep the gerns inside since there is no handheld bidet. Also the entrance is not noticeable at night. The hotel’s sight is noticeable at day time, but at night there is no light shined on the sign. It’s better if guests arrive at day time. The room size is big. There are snacks, coffee and tea at the common area for free. Free drinking water, hot water, towels, every necessity for a night stay.

Sijainti on mukava, hyvin lähellä rautatieasemaa, ja aamuvuoron henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Americano oli kelvollinen, ja lähistöllä on paljon ravintoloita. Harkitsen ehdottomasti uudelleen vierailua tässä hotellissa. Valitettavasti kohtasin huoneessa ajattelemattoman tupakoitsijan, ja hajun haihtuminen kesti kauan.

overall good hotel choice for staying at kaohsiung! only bad thing that occurred to me is the floor has some sticky stuff on it (assuming theyre not mopped when cleaned before i check in) and sheets has slight stains. but the toilet and others are all clean, and no weird smell. location is not directly near bus stop, but is walkable. nearest mrt is yanchengpu. the surrounding town is quiet and chill, but restaurants and convenience store can be found around. but i booked this hotel at a very very fair price, so we are super satisfied with our stay here. not to mention, very good view of love river can be viewed from room!
