breakfast is poor. coffee is terible. facilities are good though not maintaind as 5 starts hotel this is a 4 starts team is great location is oof the road and off the old city

All is good. Cozy and new hotels. 

I recently stayed at Ahoy Hoi An Hotel, and despite experiencing Typhoon Trami during our visit, the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. Thomas, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and well-informed, keeping us updated on weather conditions and checking in regularly. Huyn, the service lady, was equally wonderful, always greeting us warmly and offering excellent recommendations for nearby dining and activities to enjoy when the storm passed. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-prepared for the challenging weather. Thanks to Thomas and Huyn, our two nights here felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An!

部屋は清潔だが。全体的に暗くて、あまり居心地は良くない。バスタブも、暗い環境でトイレも近いし、ゆっくり寛げない。 廊下に窓があるのだが、私の部屋の位置が、ちょうど廊下の窓からバルコニーや部屋の中が見えてしまうので、通行人の顔が見えたりして、寛げない。 あとWi-Fiが少し弱い。 朝食も、味は普通か普通以下。あまり美味しくはない。8時頃に行ったが、それでも無くなってる料理が多数あり、補充も追いついていない。 スタッフが、全体的に対応や感じがあまり良くない。雑だったり、ぶっきらぼうな感じ。 チェックアウト後も自転車を貸してもらえ、ビーチに行ったが、近くのビーチは濁っている。 全体として、あまり快適ではなく、特におすすめしない。

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly attentive staff. Rooms fitted out very nicely with lovely bath. I loved the pool, very clean and pretty gardens. I like walking so for me it was a nice walk to old town and beach and easy straight down main road. Cheap if you want to use grab. It was great also to be able to use the bike to explore. I had a small operation while here and the staff were extremely helpful and attended to my needs. There is only one part of the new hotel open so it was beautiful and quite which was great for me this time. I’m guessing it will get a bit more busy in the future. Highly recommend and l hope to come back Thank you

조식 맛있었어요 ! 에어컨은 좀 약했지만 요청하니까 올려주셨구요 문 열고다니면 도마뱀이 들어올 수 있다는거 조심하시구요 전체적으로 친절하시네요

신규호텔로 매우청결하고 코지하게 예쁜곳입니다 수영장도 2곳이있고 둘다수영을즐기기 좋은 넓이와깊이입니다. 베딩도 습한거없고 테라스도있어 좋네요. 조식은 가짓수는 얼마없다라는단점이 있지만 메뉴다거를것 없이 먹을만하고 식당에어컨이 안나온다는게단점 냉풍기와 선풍기로 만족하면 좋은 경치보며 깔끔히 식사할수 있습니다. 나무며 꽃이며 잉어며 조경과 인테리어에 신경많이쓴듯 넓지않지만 말그대로 코지하게 멋과 미가있다. 안방비치해변과 올드타운 사이라 애매할위치일수도 있고 반대로 양쪽다 멀지않은거리에있어 다니기 편하다고 생각할수도 있습니다. 조용해요 새소리들리고 사람많지 않아 수영장 전세내서쓸수있고 그런장점이 있습니다.

호이안이 도마뱀 천국이라..도마뱀이랑 직은 벌래들이 많았지만..이런 환경적인 부분들만 제외한다면 완벽했습니다. 수영장도 깨끗히 관리가 잘 되어있구 직원분들도 친철했습니다. 특히 조식이 맛있었어요

Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern, verbrachten mehrere Tage im Ahoi Hotel in Hoi An und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, die sehr geräumig und sauber waren, sodass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlfühlten. Die Pools sind von der Größe her ideal. Besonders der hintere Pool eignet sich perfekt für Kinder, da er einen flachen Bereich hat, in dem sie sicher spielen können. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, und wir fühlten uns als Familie herzlich willkommen (liebe Grüße an Naomi!). Das Frühstück war gut und bot stets eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Restaurants, Supermärkte und ein großer Markt, der täglich geöffnet ist, befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. In die Altstadt gelangt man in wenigen Minuten mit einem Grab (ähnlich wie Uber) oder mit dem Fahrrad. Das Hotel ist sowohl für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Hoi An als auch für Familien, die einen längeren Aufenthalt planen, absolut empfehlenswert.

I'd like to thank Naomi, Veronica, Thomas, and all the staff at Ahoi for an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. Location is in a quiet area, which was great for sleeping at night, but within walking distance to many amenities. Cocktails at the hotel bar were delicious, and we were spoilt for choice. I would also like to thank the staff for all their help locating a lost phone and even organising for it to be couriered to us in HCMC!!! Thank you so much, again. We really hope to see you all again soon.

This place is perfectly located just in between beach & old town. Walking, using bikes, hotel shuttle or using grab as your way of transportation - it is all very smooth & easy ways to get ro explore the area. The hotel is beautifully decorated & trainquil. Perfect place to rewind & recharge. Above all this place has the most incredible team working and doing their uthermost to ensure their guests are happy & get the absolute best out of their visit. Thomas, Tri, Wendy, Victoria & rest of team - you are all superstars & true hospitality professionals!

The hotel is very nice and has two big pools. All the staff is very friendly especially Naomi and Tomas. Breakfast and also the venue is phantastic. A gym is available, but is a little old, it is obvious that it is not the focus of the hotel. I can highly recommen a stay there.
