酒店位置很好，就在市中心步行街的背後，離碼頭也就走路5分鐘，屬於吃喝非常方便的位置，衞生情況挺好的。但是酒店不提供拖鞋，衞生間衹要一開水龍頭就有點反味道，毛巾也不是按雙人份提供的，有點奇怪。

這是來澳洲住的最最最滿意的一家酒店，下了skybus第一個站走兩百米就到，樓下就是wws超市，走不遠就是商業中心和碼頭去哪裡都很方便，而且房間超級大。就是不知道為什麼信用卡刷了1刀之後還刷了5刀。

地理位置優越，前台服務熱情專業，旁邊就是大型超市，付費停車，走路到碼頭和廣場以及周邊博物館藝術館走走看看非常方便，房間沒有免費瓶裝水提供，和攜程頁面不符，問了前台説確實沒有！總體推薦！

Hotel had lovely "vibe" - was a central location with convenience of a Woolworths next door. Staff were very helpful and willing to assist.

The location of the Hotel is in the heart of the CBD and shopping mall is located downstairs, easily to get some essentials from the Woollies . The service is great for the restaurant and the lobby. It would be great if the checkout time is 11 am .

前台非常給力，非常專業，服務態度真的好。旁邊就是超市和停車場，自駕友好，對面馬路是一個很大的醫院，帶娃友好。走到碼頭一個紅路燈，吃飯友好。碼頭吃飯不推薦Mures，感覺網紅推的，服務不咋地。邊上那排古老房子的飯館閉眼挑，還有玻璃房樓下第一間意大利餐廳Felicin，服務環境菜品一流，裏面彈琴的帥哥説一口流利的中文。服務員小姐姐們都特別友好，不是那種賺遊客錢還特別高傲的人。
