Good location, but the hotel is old, the elevator smells really bad, the hair dryer doesn't work.

I really enjoyed this hotel, great location. Kind staff at the front. I took points off of service because of the tall skinny Vietnamese staff, the help, hated my existence. I was polite to him every day for the first two days, I saluted him for peace the third day and he scoffed at me. Everything about this hotel is nice except him.

My stay at the hotel in District 10 was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a fantastic start to the day, offering delicious local dishes like pho. For more authentic food, explore the endless street food stalls on Sư Vạn Hạnh Street. For a unique local activity, I highly recommend visiting the vibrant Hồ Thị Kỷ Flower Market.

Staying in District 10 offers a fantastic, authentic Saigon experience away from the main tourist crowds. It's a vibrant, bustling area with a truly local feel. I loved being within walking distance of the incredible Ho Thi Ky Market, a sensory delight with its huge, colorful flower market and amazing street food.

District 10 is a fantastic, central choice. You get an authentic city experience, with amazing street food alleys, local markets, and modern shopping malls all conveniently close and easy to explore.

perfect location, near Van Hanh Mall, lot of local dining outlets. Spacious room

the only negative; it was only hot water in the shower. 

There were people working noisy in the next room from 8:00 o'clock in the morning in advance. I asked to the recepcionist and she only said "ok".

The room was more than spacious for one person. Location was great too, nearest Circle K was about 5 mins walk away from the property. Cleanliness was just so so, but appreciate their daily housekeeping service. Two main things, even though the hotel’s description said no smoking in public areas & there is a designated smoking area, I smelled the smoke at the corridor and even inside the room. Therefore, the atmosphere was pretty suffocating to me. Another thing was the water pressure of shower head, it was really bad even with the tap fully switched on. When I reported that to the front desk, the guy said it’s same for every room which doesn’t make sense at all for me & he didn’t bother to do anything to fix the issue. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience 🥲

Hotel is near hospitals and a stone's throw away from the Vietnamese National Buddhist Temple. It is 4km away from city center and Benh Thanh Market (Disrict 1).. So besides the temple, there is nothing nearby of touristic significance. You have to take a Grab or cab to city center to see touristic sight and experiences.. Hotel is clean and the room is nice. Spent 2 nights there and I have no complains. Good value for money.
