Thank you for your comments posted on Ctrip following your recent stay at our hotel, booking you extend with walk-in price at the hotel, after extending the booking for 2 people then there is 1 pax check in you only inform to visit so the receptionist does not charge the fee, but still stay until the next day when the room is cleaned and set up 3 pax, then the receptionist calls to charge the fee and you also agree, the other guest is charged extra person, we follow the hotel's regulations and we also have a clear price list at the reception. we truly apologize about your inconvenient when you stayed here.
