Majoituspaikan vastaus: This is an unreasonable guest. Any hotel in business needs to earn money. The hotel can only keep luggage for free for guests (who do not stay) during the day, but for guests who will continue to stay with us and have booked a room at our hotel, we will keep the luggage for free for the first 3 days and will charge for the following days.Guests who do not book a room and do not stay anymore, so where can we keep luggage for free for these guests.And when this guest sent his luggage, he did not clearly state whether he would return to continue staying or not, he simply said he sent his luggage and we thought that if the guest decided to send his luggage back, he would definitely stay again. This guest is actually an unreasonable person.But then we didn't charge him for luggage storage, because we thought we didn't mention the sentence: "FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE FOR THE FIRST 3 DAYS FOR GUESTS WHO WILL RETURN TO STAY."

We are in business and we don't do it for free.So why are you complaining and mentioning the issue of early check-in.And the issue of motorbike taxi, we have nothing to do with it and you cannot complain about motorbike taxi on our accommodation page. This is not our hotel service.The last issue is the room issue, we have put the room information and pictures on the live channel: the standard room is 20m2 and has no window. You should make sure to read and understand all the information before booking a room somewhere.
