飯店內部感覺有些年份了 不過保持的乾淨舒服 入住房間的浴槽不順暢 洗澡後會積水 跟櫃台反應後馬上要我們收拾行李 幫我們換房間 服務態度很好 想要吃飯店早餐 預約房間時一定要先一起預約起來 雖然網上寫現場加購 到了現場卻一連四天都無法吃飯店早餐 很可惜 下午15點到24點 飲料隨你喝 每天回飯店都能來上一杯咖啡真的開心

一人で一泊させてもらうにはちょうど良いサイズでとても綺麗なお部屋でした 街中にありコンビニもあり便利です

一般的なビジネスホテルです。 滞在中、特に困ったこともなく快適に過ごすことができました。 広島駅から近いわけではありませんが、十分徒歩圏です。

サウナ目的だったが、16時から24時までしか使えなくてがっかり 朝サウナも入りたかった　水風呂もない

It was great experience there to stay with urbain Hiroshima central. They keep your luggage safely if you have visit around even your stay already finish so it helps a lot. I have one suggestion please change checkin time because 3 pm too late if someone fly from other cities or country. It should be from 9 am.

超級棒，交通方便

Overall is good but dated. Need renovations.

The room was overlooking a wall and it was very very small. Very dated decor and old furniture. The bedding looked dirty and the room smelled like smoke - we booked a non smoking room. The location is good but the hotel was expensive (more expensive than the one in Kyoto that was 100 times better) and the overall condition of the property was not great. The staff speakers english but they were not very kind.

八丁堀駅から徒歩3分程、周囲にコンビニもあり立地は良い。騒音もなくベッドもちょうど良い硬さで快適に眠れました。
