位置、環境不錯

5つ星ホテルのリーガロイヤルホテル…広島に詳しくなく、リーガなら大丈夫だろうと予約しましたが残念でしかありません。ベットのカバー？ビリビリに破れてる。冷蔵庫汚すぎですし、ガタガタで斜めになって壊れている。洗面所掃除が全く行き届いてない。枕も変な匂いがした。ホテルでこんなに不潔な部屋は初めてで早く家に帰りたいと思ったのも初めてでした。ランクの高くない部屋はこれでOKと思ってるのでしょうか。5つ星ホテルでこんな部屋が存在するのですね…良かった点は朝食のみです。

北面是廣島城的景色，盡收眼底 客房提供礦泉水，咖啡機（咖啡不好喝） 整體設施比較老，但是乾淨 西式早餐菜式不多 旁邊就是廣島巴士中心和sogo百貨，和紙屋町西電車站。去和平公園步行10分鐘左右。

Great Location .. Yet the hotel is old. It reminds me hotels in the 80s when I was a kid. That's 40 years ago. I dropped something in my room and it rolled under the bed. I lifted up the bed, and it is just awful moldy carpet covered by the bed. I don't even bother to pick up my thing.

立地・アクセス・ロケーション全て良かったです。スタッフの方も丁寧に接して頂き、またこちらに来る時は、泊まりたいです。

房間非常寬敞，雖然是有年頭的酒店，但設施都維護得非常好，用品很講究，地理位置也方便，值得推薦，有機會再來，一定會再入住！

Courteous front and restaurant staff. Excellent views from the room. Breakfast very delicious and sumptuous.

Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.
