房間比預期的要大 很乾凈 酒店位置就在中央火車站旁邊 會聽到火車的聲音 很方便也有點吵

i love this hotel! Located right next to the main train station, which is the main reason i chose this hotel as I didn’t want to haul my big suitcases to the old town. We arrived at about 2pm but was told that I could not check in “early” as the rooms are still being cleaned. We took our time to eat our breads at the sofa and approached the counter again at 2.34pm but was told the same thing. Guess the hotel is not so flexible to allow “early” check in 🫠 ok then we stored our baggage’s and went to the old town first. Also the staff could have told us that we could enjoy free transportation in the town if we joined the H Rewards when he told us how to go to the old town by “buying a ticket at ticket machine for tram #5”, only for me to find out when I browsed the internet. That would save us many euros. Other that above points, I love this hotel! Super new super clean, the lobby was pleasant, the room design made super sense (with USB type C provided, rain shower and toilet were great too. Also, was pleasantly surprised with the good window view of the train station (but remember to close the window as it is noisy esp at night). Overall, am pleased with my choice of this hotel.

Good place

Ein sehr angenehmes modernes Hotel, mit vielen Zimmern. Wir haben uns in einem Doppelbettzimmer wohl gefühlt. Räumlich großzügig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich auch beim Auschecken ein zuvorkommender Service. Wir würden gerne wieder da buchen, wenn wir in Heidelberg sind.

호텔 직원들이 너무 친절해요 뿐만아니라 가격 대비 방이 넓고 처음으로 삼푸와 바디워시가 분리되있던 호텔이였어요 무료 물도 있어요

房間還挺不錯的，位置非常方便，就在火車站附近走路兩分鐘。樓下可以自己辦入住，很便捷，房間也很舒適，性價比超級高。 從這裏走到景點大概需要20分鐘左右，需要走一段路，但是行李可以放在那邊還是蠻方便的。海德堡市區還有城堡非常漂亮，建議大家都去轉轉。最好是春夏會好一些，冬天很多樹都沒有了。

酒店不錯，離火車站比較近，適合旅遊。

酒店位置對火車旅遊者優越。值得一提的是，雖然酒店就在火車站對面，但關窗後非常安靜。酒店去市區也很方便。房間設施設施齊全舒適，衞生好。對了，床很舒適！

酒店就在火車站附近幾百米，酒店比較新 周圍也有超市

房間還行。 就是打掃要每日提醒，不然不做。

位置优越，但是隔音部分还要加强，火車站廣播声音，不間断的傳入。
