Very good, we are happy with our stay, front desk staff were kind and helpful. We could buy the room by the hour as we have a late departure plane to catch, so we could relax in the room. Super convenient location. But it would be good to have more hooks to hang clothes in the room. And cutlery for western breakfast.

Great location, next to the subway. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean with enough amenities. We got free magnets, candy and handwarmers!

We had an awesome stay at Hanting Hotel! As foreigners, traveling can sometimes be challenging but the staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful! The lady at the front helped us to book a taxi for our train which was early the next morning. The room is spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful view of the city! Everything was very clean and the room is modern. It is very close to the subway as well as the railway station. I can highly recommend this hotel!

We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.

Perfectly located Hotel directly at the most important metro line for tourists. Our room was rather small but nice and very clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and the mainly Chinese breakfast was very good.

Perfect choice for travelling to Harbin. The location is convenient, and the staff is amiable. 20 minutes away by subway to the Ice & Snow World, and very close to the Cathedral.

Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

雖然家庭房是臨街但窗户隔音效果好，關上窗幾乎就聽不到外面聲音了。地理位置很不錯，步行可至對面松雷六樓吃老廚家、或者到後面秋林二樓吃俄餐，趕時間時樓下肯德基也可以帶早餐走；出門就是地鐵口，去任何景點打車也方便。 我們晚上帶東西回酒店吃，想借用微波爐加熱，店員還很耐心地幫我們開三樓餐廳電源~ 整體感覺是非常乾淨，家庭房4瓶水、3雙拖鞋每日會補充。酒店沒有主動要求好評什麼的，這是真實評價

住了漢庭哈爾濱東大直街這家店，最驚喜的就是位置一出門走兩步就是地鐵站，簡直太方便了!無論去中央大街還是哈站都輕鬆直達。旁邊就是紅博廣場和各大商場，購物吃飯選擇超多，完全不用愁。 特別要表揚門店經理，服務真的暖心!雖然發生了一些小插曲，但她耐心解答各種問題，遇到問題響應特別快。 洗衣也很方便。這麼便利的位置值得推薦!
