"Meillä oli ihana oleskelu Marvelous Sarigermessa. Vierailu oli uskomaton ja teki meistä tuntea kotona. Herkullinen turkkilainen aamiainen. Noin 20‑min kävely rannalle, jossa on yksityisen ranta-yhteys. Ei liikuntakaupunkikeskuksessa, niin täydellinen rauhalle ja hiljaisuudelle, juuri mitä halusimme. Myöhäinen tarkistus ‑out ei ollut ongelma, ja vastaanotto onnellisesti järjestetty taksit. Me varmasti palaamme!"

"Great location, it’s just out of the centre of town but a very short walk to get there. We were on the river so all boat trips we booked picked us up outside the hotel. It’s a small family run hotel, so a lovely calm and friendly atmosphere, staff are super friendly and take the time to say a hello by name. When we left the owner and staff personally came out to say goodbye, so this was lovely. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, air con is much appreciated too. We loved the pool, it’s a perfect size and there are plenty of sunbeds and outside seating. We loved our stay and have been twice now. Breakfast is lovely and relaxed with a good selection of home cooked food. A great hotel with lovely personal touches."

"The hotel is on the riverside, the Kaunos king tombs are visible. The landscaping is very good. Greenery and trees, bar. The pool bar and restaurant are magnificent. I wish we could have found the refrigerator and the water heater for the bathroom to work on our first attempt. We had to go into plumber mode to find the switch for the water heater. I called the reception at midnight for this or another need, but they did not answer. But despite all these negativities, it is a clean, tidy and very enjoyable place. I will go again."

"A lovely boutique hotel with pleasant courtyard areas, a beautiful front patio/breakfast area and lovely swimming pool. Staff were pleasant, polite and attentive and responded quickly and efficiently with a problem with plumbing in the bathroom. Our (deluxe) room was large, comfortable and clean though the lighting in the bathroom could have been better. The air conditioning was quietly efficient. Breakfast was a varied buffet offering lots of traditional dishes but lacked a variety of fruit. Location was good in the resort area, and although 1.4km from the beach, there were decent bicycles (and helmets) that the hotel offered free to use. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again."

"The pictures on web site do not reflect the grim reality of what we walked in to. Walls were dirty, cobwebs hanging from the walls. Severe mould in cupboard under sink in bathroom . Sink and shower taps were loose, as well as mould between tiles in shower, which also leaked badly into rest of bathroom, mattress and pillows hard, we ached daily upon waking. No words to describe the fridge."

"We stayed in September 2025. The Hotel, hotel staff and the location were very, very good and when we got home, we immediately booked to go back next year. Food in the hotel was typically Turkish - nice simple food but there are also a lot of great little places to eat right along the riverside or in Dalyan town that you can walk to or get a cab in the evening. A cab to Dalyan costs less than £4. Among the excellent staff, John in the bar and Ali the pool man were special. Not sure it would suit young families so much but we loved it. Shame they didn't include real balconies when they built the place but the Dalyan Resort still got an overall 5 star rating from us."

"This is a little gem of a budget hotel. Lots of great reasons to go. The location is bang on, right beside river. The rooms are good size, we were in family room, one double bed and one single. The A C was spot on and unlike lots of places, no extra to pay. Bathroom was good size and decent shower. Bathroom also had hairdryer, which was ok. Our balcony was tiny, although had small table and 2 chairs, all you need. The pool was a good size although beds were few and no cushions on beds. We felt they could have made a lot more of the pool. The best part of our stay was the free breakfast, typically turkish, but lots of choice and amazing quality. The breakfast team really did the hotel proud. We did have a couple of niggles. The fridge in room was frankly useless, hardly kept anything cold. We like a cuppa before we see the world, but no kettle. In our research for this hotel we had seen that clean towels and cleaning of room was not done. You have to ask, they are more than happy to do it, this seemed strange to have to ask but it's how they do it. The hotel is attached to a pub which plays music until about midnight, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be for otheres. The staff at hotel was warm and friendly although English is limited, (my turkish is non existent) there seemed to be some one about at all times so felt safe. We thought for the money it was a great choice and would definitely go back."

"Olin viikon syyskuun alussa. Hotelli sijainti oli hyvä, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päävehkeen. aamiainen oli perustavanlaatuinen mutta aina jotain syötävää ja ruoka uima-allas oli erinomainen. - Haluaisin ottaa lisää kuvia, mutta salaattia on valtavaa. Minulla oli meribasssia, halloumi salaattia, calamaria, kanan snitzelia ja kanan salaattia ja pasta Tämä on perus hotelli, jossa pieniä huoneita ja käyttämättömiä parvekkeita lukuun ottamatta liimaa pyyhe yli. Mutta sänky oli mukava, suihku kuuma ja henkilöstö erittäin mukava. Sänky oli iso, ilma/c kylmä, jääkaappi puuttuu ja koko viikon pyysin yksi saada lopulta yhden päivän ennen lähtö. Oven huone oli aina vaikea lukita, joka tuli juokseva vitsiä kanssani ja henkilöstö. Syy, miksi valitsin hotellin oli uima-allas, se oli hämmästyttävä. Olisinko jäädä taas luultavasti uima-allas ja sijainti ja ruoka ja jos minulla on halpa sopimus"

"We visited this place in September and had a very tasty meal and it was on the revisit list when we came back in October. Sadly our previous experience was not to be repeated. We chose the same chicken special as last time but it was no where near the same quality. We didn’t get to choose our mezes, these were selected by the waiter, the chicken was very poor and the salad basic. I know it’s end of season but standards shouldn’t fall to this extent, and everyone deserves a decent meal. Unfortunately this has left a sour taste and we won’t be back."
