"Olin Residence Hotelissa kaksi yötä liikematkallani Harareen. Olin vaikuttunut hotellin sijainti, palvelu ja tilat. Hotelli sijaitsee mukavasti hiljaisessa ja turvallisessa naapurimaassa, lähellä monia ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja apukas, ja he järjestivät taksin minulle lentokentälle. Huone oli tilava ja puhdas, mukava vuode, pöytä, TV ja mini-jääkaappi. Kylpyhuone oli myös puhdas ja hyvin varustettu, lämmintä vettä ja WC. Aamiainen oli herkullinen ja vaihteleva. Hotellilla on myös kaunis puutarha, jossa voit rentoutua ja nauttia näkymästä. From the moment I checked in to the bittersweet day I checked out, my experience was nothing short of delightful. Shirley and the incredible team are the kind of warm and friendly folks you wish lived next door. Seriously, they’re so accommodating and charming, I half-expected them to offer me a cup of tea as I walked in! The service? Top-notch. The food? Exquisite! (I think I might need a gym membership just to recover from my culinary escapades—hahaha!) And the accommodation? Absolute perfection. Honestly, my time at Ballantynes was probably the best experience I’ve had in ages. The team made my three weeks away from home feel comfortable and worthwhile.
