"We as do many people, had early morning flight (eg Turkish Air is 2 am, Precision air is 6:50 am). KIA lodge is on the grounds of the airport so you avoid the long line to get into the airport, and KIA has beautiful grounds, a wonderful pool with view of Mnt Kilamanjaro and the food and service is great. Finally, through ***********, our cost at KIA was $US 130. Complementary breakfast and 3 min shuttle to airport"

"We stayed here as a starting point for our guide company and Kilimanjaro climb. The entire team (Revo, Scolastica, Ester, Teddy - to name a few) were all beyond phenomenal. They’re attentive to your needs and such kind people. The room was simple and very clean. You can tell the workers took so much pride in their hotel. The shower was a tad temperamental but it did the trick. They have a blow dryer at the front desk, if needed. And yes - they prefer you put your lunch and dinner requests in early. The food was pretty good. Breakfast is buffet and included with your stay. The hotel helps fund the school next door. So feel free to donate to them or bring some extra school supplies for donation if you wish. Oh - and there’s a great view of kili also from the balconies!"

"Ensin ajattelin, että hotelli ennen ja jälkeen kilimanjaro olisi vain "vuode - voileipä - lentokentälle."En odottanut mitään. Mutta Aishi Machame todella yllätti minut Tässä hotellissa voit tehdä paljon enemmän kuin vain unta - voit todella nauttia Sinun aika. Restaurantti on erinomainen, jossa on suuri valikoima astioita, runsaasti hyvää alkoholia, ja monia cocktails. On suuri uima-allas, ( pyyhkeet ovat saatavilla ilmaiseksi). Ja kylpylä - Olin niin kiitollinen kylpylästä Kilimanjarosta alaspäin! Se on hiljaa ulkona, ilman tiitä lähellä, vain lintujen laulaa aamulla. Olisin ollut onnellisesti Aishissa vielä kaksi tai kolme päivää vain nauttiakseen Afrikan ilmapiiristä hieman pidemmälle, mutta kotini oli odottamassa. Olen loputtomasti rakastunut Afrikaan - kiitos ei mikään pieni osa tällaisista paikoista."

We had great time staying at the property and would definitely visit anytime we are around. - The manager of the property hosted us to lots fun."

"We stayed here our first and last 3 nights of our trip and after being away for a week, it felt like returning home. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and are very accommodating, even leading us on walks to the local village and answering all of our questions. Rooms are basic and wifi better at the lodge, but it completely met my needs. The pool was refreshing after a long flight and a lovely place to hang out at the end of the day. Beautiful grounds."
