衞生狀況也相當不錯，從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到環境的整潔。房間內部更是一塵不染，床鋪平整乾淨，桌面、地面都擦拭得十分光亮，沒有絲毫灰塵或污漬，讓人住得放心又舒心。

民宿是2025年8月新開業的，房間設計與裝修蠻花心思的，床品和衞生都不錯，還寵物友好。尤其老闆很熱情，幫我們升級了房型，介紹的當地特色也很靠譜。早餐都是現包現蒸的，好吃。
離店時，我遺忘了Ipad，店家主動聯繫我取回。
非常感謝老闆，一次美好的住宿體驗，讓我們更真切感受到臨海人民的熱情與善良。"

"大年初一來臨海玩，在網上做了不少功課選擇了這家酒店，總體感覺是還不錯吧～先説位置吧酒店離台州府城牆紫陽街還是有三公里左右的距離的，去人民路海鮮街確實是步行一公里內可達；酒店是有些年頭的，但當年的豪華感尚存，大堂比較氣派，房間也挺大的，還送了歡迎水果和一包零食，很有心了～美中不足是房間內的潔具衞浴均不是知名品牌，花灑水量也很小，洗澡不太爽～房間含雙早，早餐中規中矩品種並沒有特別豐富，比較出彩的是糯米飯很有特色很好吃😋"

"本次出行攜2位姐姐及1位高齡爺爺出行，為姐妹三人特意提前預訂貴店稀缺的三床閨蜜房。這是我選擇這家酒店的唯一理由。我想要的是姐妹同住、晚上可以圍坐聊天、彼此陪伴的團聚感。
説白了：我是衝著你們的招牌特色菜來的，不是來吃隨處都有的家常菜。隨便哪家酒店都訂得到三間大床房，我沒有必要專程選這裏。
當天台州陰雨降温，房間有四扇窗＋1扇陽台門、臨街通風大，本身就很冷。但房間空調調到40度依舊完全不制熱；洗澡水温衹有38度，不夠暖和，浴室排風還關不掉，一直吹冷風。我在浴室凍了十幾分鍾，前後折騰了兩個多小時才處理問題，體驗很差。經理解釋，因為三床房入住率低，未做入住前設施巡檢。住宿最基本就是熱水和暖氣，兩樣都不檢查，是對客人體驗和基礎居住安全的不負責。
酒店給出解決問題的辦法：
兩間大床房：兩間大床房858元，對比原一間三床房1058元，既降價、又拆分住宿，直接破壞姐妹同住的初衷，無法接受。
三間大床房：看似補償到位，算下來少花了200多元，但我真的一點便宜都不想佔，我衹想要一份姐妹團聚、深夜聊天的氛圍，是情感專屬，一晚舒服住宿。滿心歡喜安排的一趟姐妹同行，被基礎品控失誤完全打亂、體驗感完全歸零。畢竟不論哪家酒店都可以預訂三間大床房，何必選擇這家。
與前台溝通無效後，經理過來解決，還算積極客氣，都不容易，每年入住那麼多酒店，衹給過一家酒店差評。但真實體驗擺在眼前，本次實在無法給予好評。也希望貴店重視冷門房型的日常巡檢，不要再辜負遠方專程而來的客人。"

"超滿意的一次入住體驗！這次旅行選對酒店太關鍵了！酒店位置絕佳，吃飯逛街都特別方便。
一進房間就被驚艷到，床單被罩潔白無異味，連衞生間的角落都沒有一絲灰塵，毛巾蓬鬆柔軟，整個空間透着清爽感。最驚喜的是床鋪，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭支撐性很好，加上房間隔音超棒，晚上完全聽不到走廊噪音，睡了個久違的安穩覺。
設施也很貼心，床頭和書桌旁都有USB充電口。Wi-Fi信號穩定，刷視頻流暢，淋浴水壓足且水温穩定，備品香味清新好聞。
服務更是沒話説，前台辦理入住速度很快，還主動推薦了本地小眾打卡點和美食店。中途打電話要額外的飲用水，幾分鐘就送到了，全程微笑服務，讓人倍感親切。
綜合位置、衞生、設施和服務來看，性價比真的很高，已經推薦給要去當地的朋友了，下次去一定還住這！"

"這次入住唯一的想法就是很滿意。雙鴿酒店是家老牌的四星級酒店了。酒店擁有獨棟建築，樓層很高，大堂豪華，地處市區，這種酒店實力雄厚，能有獨立的餐飲部（中午在酒店吃的），像全季 亞朵 等一些品牌酒店雖然也是四星，但根本沒有那個實力養的起餐飲部（中西餐）。房間內部雖然有些老舊，但房間大，設施全，沙發 冰箱 床頭枱燈 辦公桌 浴缸 該有的都有了，住起來很滿意。大堂的前台接待人員親切 温柔，感覺上就很專業。 暑期週末像全季 亞朵都漲的離譜，雙鴿自然能有三四百的價格算很不錯了。 雙鴿背部緊連華聯超市，離銀泰也不到一公里，地理位置無可挑剔。"

📍 環境絕佳： 酒店院子裏那棵539歲的古樟樹簡直是“鎮店之寶”，蒼翠挺拔，賦予了酒店獨特的歷史韻味。清晨在樹下走走，感覺時間都慢下來了。
💁 服務滿分： 必須給管家服務點贊！響應速度很快，真的是“有問必答”，不僅給了遊玩建議，生活上的需求也安排得妥妥帖帖，讓人感覺很暖心。
🥣 餐食體驗： 早餐很用心，全是當地特色美食，不用到處找攻略就能吃到地道的臨海味，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。晚上的酒吧服務也不錯，調酒在線；讀書室氛圍也很棒，安靜雅緻，適合放空。
📝 美中不足： 提一個小建議，酒吧雖然服務和酒水都好，但沒有設立無煙區。對於不吸煙的住客來説，體驗感稍打折扣。
總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，是一家有温度、有格調的酒店，下次來臨海還會選擇這裏！

清明假期臨時選擇了台州之行，臨海地方不大我們選擇銀泰城附近。這家酒店也是喔盲選的，結果真的超出我的預期。首先入住的時候，前台的小姐姐態度非常好，聲音很温柔，還有入住伴手禮。酒店房間推門進去真的太驚喜了。廁所和浴室各自分離，專門的一個洗手枱非常適合女孩子化粧，房間裏有單獨的飄窗，房屋智能化，清明假期300多價格有這樣的酒店真的太驚喜了。下次來臨海繼續選擇這家酒店。再次表揚前台的小姐姐，非常温柔，我們退房臨走之前還會問我們是否需要水路上喝、真的很温馨

This is a new hotel within walking distance of the great wall and food street. Around the corner there are tons of eateries, you won't have trouble finding dinner here.
Check-in was smooth and the rooms are brand new and super clean. This hotel had the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in China. Great coffee, and it included local dishes and snacks (the seaweed filled cookies are so good!).
Staff was attentive, and would help you whenever they can, and you get a small token of appreciation during checkout (cookies!)
I wish I had a bit more time in Linhai, and this hotel was part of the reason!

Close to the old city, this Atour hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the lake. It’s convenient to all types of public transportation if needed (public bus, taxi, scenic town bus route between wall gates..) and central so everything is within walking distance if you’d prefer to walk. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Atour is a great hotel group to stay with when traveling and their quality is consistent wherever you are.

First time in Linhai for a running competition. This hotel was a walk away from the old part of the city which is where I needed to be. The staff were so friendly, especially Lily who spoke some English and was so kind. I would stay here again. Loved the helpful robot which joined me in the lift and brought food to my room.
After the race, I paid 100rmb to have a room for 4 hours. This was great!

Nice hotel, close to the Great Wall and East Lake. We were foreigners who don't speak Chinese, but the staff was helpful and we managed to communicate through a translator. The room was big, spacious, clean, and warm. The smart toilet was interesting, we loved it. Breakfast was okay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean, location close to the railway station. Very bad Internet. Very good breakfest. They have laundry room but to use it you need to download app which dodnt work on my phone... I dont think i will come back here.

第一次抵達就被這個大型立體停車庫震撼到了，由於我的車超大超重，工作人員立刻上前指導我停在邊上的地面停車位，服務態度特別好，幫忙搬運行李。
酒店位置要給滿分，比鄰東湖，步行紫陽街衹需十分鐘。唯一美中不足的是臨湖那一面的房間正對着廣場和馬路，早晚都有廣場舞的噪音干擾。
早餐品質絕了，為了這個早餐我都必須再來住一次。有各色臨海本地小吃，目不暇接，酒店還很細心加了菜前銘牌提示，味道好，自助餐形式還可以讓我每一種都品嚐一下。
很神奇的是酒店前台，白天的酒店前台和門僮小哥都很熱情周到，等我晚上回來辦入住，換了一批小姑娘，態度冷淡，沒有任何關於入住，早餐或者Wi-Fi的提示。房間號碼的第二位數字才是樓層數字，都沒有任何告知！

The stay was absolutely worth the money spent. The hotel is very clean, in a quiet peaceful place with a very beautiful view. The staff is very respectful, helpful and communicative. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay for business, relaxation, time alone or time with a loved one.
We definitely will be going back for another stay and would absolutely recommend.
