The service was good. The rooms were clean. the restaurants food is not of great quality. dinner was disappointing

This place is beautiful, loved their staff, food , i wish there prices were little cheaper .

The staff were very friendly, which made the holiday experience extra special. Food excellent, facilities first class. It was my birthday while I was here and got a surprise birthday cake, which made my day! All our requirements were catered for.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location short walk to centre which is ideal. On our first day, we got a complimentary head and shoulder massage which was very welcome after a long journey! The cycle tour to local beaches was fun.

The best part about the hotel is its staff, specially Jamila Ludwig and obryen they were amazing!!! The facility of the hotel is nice too. Hygiene is not great in food and rooms. Towels are over used and can definitely be changed. Good variety was good.

Très belle hôtel et très belle prestation. On a fait nos propres recherches sur internet et il y avait pas mal de bons avis et on est pas déçu. Le personnels et serviable et très à l’écoute et en ce qui concerne la chambre, propre et bien entretenue. Les repas au restaurant , belle découverte culinaire et service au top. On vous le recommande vivement .

The room was clean and the facility also in good condition. One of manager Roukaya handle us well so we could have a best trip in here. Please notice that check in was about 3pm so if you came early, use change room to enjoy swimming. Do snorkooling it is the one of the best in here.

A charming hotel with many activities. Rum tasting with Aurore was amazing, she is beautiful and so engaging. She really made us feel welcome. Vivek was very considerate at the buffet. Loved the available water sports available and enjoyed some fishing and snorkelling.

The hotel is very nice and very calm. Nice pool area and direct Access to small beach with sunbeds. All people nice and helpfull. Rooms are located in beautiful garden. Hotel is offering leasure time activities for free like snorkeling trips, paddleboards and more. Breakfasts are excellent. During dinners The local food is served. Great experience. Thank you

It was a beautiful and wonderful experience spending 4 nights / 5 days at Veranda Grand Baie Resort. It’s is a beautiful cozy place and the atmosphere was amazing. The meals were great. The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Aurore and Christabelle. Thank you very much for taking of me the 4 nights. I can’t wait to come back

Good vibe. The layout of the hotel is lovely and has a good feel. The room is good and spacious. The staff are very friendly. The sun-beds are limited. People put their towels on the beds and at times don’t return for hours. We have suggested to the hotel that this needs to be addressed as it’s unfair when busy and people want to use the pool area. The food choice is limited and could be better. We ate out mostly. Overall - a lovely stay and great vibe with the evening sunset.

Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Es war das beste Hotel, welches wir jemals gebucht haben. Man kommt an und meint, man ist im Paradies gelandet, vor allem wenn man die Strecke vorher sieht, die man vom Flughafen aus fährt. Man wird herzlichst empfangen und aufs Zimmer begleitet, alles sehr sauber und modern. Das Personal im Restaurant und in der La Crique Bar sind mehr als zuvorkommend und lieb! Sie arbeiten sehr sehr hart, sind nur am schwitzen bei den Temperaturen und haben trotzdem so viel Geduld, lächeln immer und sind so so fleißig! Da können sich die Deutschen wirklich eine dicke Scheibe von abschneiden. Die Arbeitsbedingungen in den Ländern sind, so wie ich es gehört habe, absolut nicht gut, daher freuen sich die Menschen doppelt, wenn man ihnen mal einen Schein zusteckt. Essen sehr frisch und lecker, Buffet abwechslungsreich und wir haben als Veganer sogar unser extra Essen bekommen. Ein Wort zum Restaurantchef genügt. In der Bar super leckere Cocktails und Snacks und die Jungs sind immer für eine Unterhaltung zu haben. 10 von 10 Punkten!

The stay was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with a cocktail upon arrival, and everything was prepared to our satisfaction. The hotel also offers various activities, so there’s never a dull moment. Everyone is available and ready to lend a helping hand, for example when choosing a local excursion. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The whole concept is very calming – if you’re looking for a peaceful holiday, I highly recommend it.
