Radisson Blu Gorakhpur arvostelua

I have stayed here many times and I have good feelings. The food has improved a lot. Please improve it further.

It’s very beautiful hotel for stay in Gorakhpur

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

I love Radisson hotels and usually have a great experience. Upon arrival we had no hot water, it had been out for 3 days apparently. The road noise is loud in the rooms. Overall great hotel but the hot water was an issue and we didn't receive anything back from the hotel.

The location was awesome located near lake

Chef Sandeep ji cooks delicious food with personalised touch of taste for the customer. His understanding of the customer’s requirements make him deliver the needs of customer. Other staff s behaviour is also good with special mention to Roshini ji. Overall good place to dine and celebrate occasions.

Every thing is excellent. Like food / stay / hospitality. Enjoy great famiily stay.

It was been a very good experience and I have been here for second time and I will be again do come next time in future each and every staff and his service is totally outstanding specially miss ROSHANI we are very lucky that Radison blue is a internationally brand restaurant which is situated in our city we want one more just like restaurant in our home city deoria

very well maintained property. good view of the lake too. rooms are spacious and service is good. food was good too

Though there is so much noise near the hotel as because of traffic. But other than that it has many plus points. 1-It is very near to Ramgarh taal and also have beautiful view of lake. 2-Airport and Goraknath temple were just 10-15 mins. stay was very comfortable ,very neat n hygienic. Humble staff n food was also good. All tge amenities were privided.

Radisson Blu is a wonderful hotel, with amazing staff. Their buffet breakfast has a good variety, catering to every individual. Stations are neat and clean. Staff constantly tidying up. Staff manning the breakfast sessions are very attentive to guests, especially Urvesh(guest assistants) and Pulakesh(Guest Assistant Executive) They ensured my bfast experience was a wonderful one. This is the 3rd year im here at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur. Never had a moment of inconvenience. Would highly recommend.
