"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

"入住體驗非常糟糕。最初給的8509房間一進門就是一股明顯的悶酸味，窗户無法打開，前台解釋為“消防要求”，但空調開了一兩個小時味道依然散不掉。隨後下樓要求換房，換到二樓後發現窗户可以正常打開，房間也基本沒有異味。離譜的是第二天早上九點多，我還在睡夢中，酒店突然來電，稱五樓垃圾桶損壞，並直接認定需要由我賠償。整個溝通過程中，對方態度強硬，衹因為垃圾桶裏有我的冰淇淋包裝，就認定是我“弄壞”的。我當即表示疑問：正常丟棄垃圾屬於合理使用，我在五樓僅停留一兩個小時，也未對垃圾桶進行任何暴力或不當操作，垃圾桶如何會因此損壞？即便垃圾桶是在我入住期間出現問題，衹要是在正常使用情況下損壞，也理應屬於設施老化或質量問題，而不該無理由轉嫁給住客。酒店作為經營方，本應有基礎的設施維護和報損更新機制，而不是在毫無證據的情況下打電話騷擾住客、強行索賠。整體處理方式極不專業，也嚴重影響入住體驗。本來就惱火，求開發票硬是開了一個星期才開出來，不催估計直接不開了，給箇中評，望酒店吸取教訓"

"第一次過年來大西北，想不到這酒店過年的氣氛還很濃郁，大堂有民族服飾可以試穿拍照打卡，還挺出片的呢，也是我第一次嘗試穿名族服飾，很漂亮，本人不上相就不配照片啦😜 其他朋友入住他們家都可以嘗試一下噢前台值班經理也很熱情，一直幫我整理衣服，凹造型，房間也很安靜乾淨，服務也很好，真的很推薦這家酒店。對了，還順便打卡了生命樹繪畫牆，最近這部劇還挺火的，總之是次非常不錯的體驗。"

"房間很大很乾凈，還配備了沙發和桌子，全天有供氧和加濕器，很適合初次來格爾木的朋友。餐廳雖然小但是吃的很好，餐廳有意自製的辣椒醬，加在饅頭花捲裏，特別好吃。不管是前台、服務人員還是餐廳的工作人員，都很友好，主動幫忙拿東西，隨時問候，感覺很親切。還有洗衣機，一個小時洗烘都搞定了，很適合出遊的朋友們。整體上乾淨整潔，家人很滿意這次住宿，下次來還想住在這兒！非常好"
