"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

"第一次過年來大西北，想不到這酒店過年的氣氛還很濃郁，大堂有民族服飾可以試穿拍照打卡，還挺出片的呢，也是我第一次嘗試穿名族服飾，很漂亮，本人不上相就不配照片啦😜 其他朋友入住他們家都可以嘗試一下噢 前台值班經理也很熱情，一直幫我整理衣服，凹造型，房間也很安靜乾淨，服務也很好，真的很推薦這家酒店。對了，還順便打卡了生命樹繪畫牆，最近這部劇還挺火的，總之是次非常不錯的體驗。"

The hotel has an internal parking lot, providing convenient parking, dining, and shopping. The hotel has carefully created 40 oxygen-supplied rooms for travelers visiting the plateau for the first time, with 全屋弥散式供氧 (whole-house diffused oxygen supply) or nasal oxygen inhalation. The rooms are equipped with additional facilities such as humidifiers and air purifiers to provide guests with higher-quality accommodation services and a more comfortable experience.
