"As soon as we walked inside we all instantly felt relaxed. The very stylish and simple decor with lots of lush plants had a calming effect on us. The spa was a relaxing experience and visually very special. The food and drinks from the bar and Brutal restaurant were all delicious and well presented. Of course, as with all hotels around the world, food and drinks are more expensive than in the local area, that is to be expected. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Always helpful and friendly. One member of staff Romina was especially helpful. She was super efficient and professional, demonstrating her experience and knowledge of giving excellent customer service. She understood our needs and has excellent English language skills, a great asset to the hotel. Our rooms were spacious and stylish."

"The room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day."

"Staying at the Te Bujtina Hotel was the highlight of my stay in the Mali I Robit/Golem area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony attached. The breakfast served by the Te Bujtina Hotel was a mixture of an Albanian/International one, and all the courses of the breakfast are presented by the hotel staff to the residents. The hotel also doubles as a restaurant which specialises in Albanian cuisine, which I tried on one or two occasions. All the staff, including the owner of the establishment, were very welcoming and accommodating to the needs of the guests. The airport transfer service provided by Te Bujtina to and from the hotel, took the stress out of arrival and departure at the Tirana Airport."

"For a 4 star Hotel, the offerings were basic at best - stayed in a double room accommodation. Pros: • Staff: Welcoming & friendly greeting; arranged airport transfer to hotel, helpful in communicating with tour guide. • Room: Clean, comfortable mattress, rooftop balcony • Location: A short walk to the beach, shops, and town centre. Cons: • Communication: Not very quick in their response to e-mails or Whatsapp ＞ I e-mailed to arrange airport transfer 2 days before departure, response received & transfer arranged day of arrival • Breakfast: Very limited variety and repetitive daily selection. • No room ammenities i.e. no shower screen (had to mop floor after every shower); no shower mat (had to place a hand towel on the floor to dry feet); no hospitality tray (had to ask for glasses for drinking); no bedroom bin; TV not picking up Netflix or Youtube despite 2 attempts at resetting; no luggage racks to place suitcase • Noisy bathroom extractor fan • Housekeeping attended to the room once in the 7 days we were there • Surrounded by ongoing construction"
