Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team. We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in. Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived. We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night. Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room. On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too. Highly recommended.

항구에서 조금 떨어져 있는데 이게 장점일수도 단점일수도 있을 것 같습니다 저는 오히려 번잡스러운 거리에서 벗어나 있고 선셋포인트 쪽이라 좋았어요 캐리어 끌고도 조금 고생하면 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리같아요. 직원분들이 다들 친절하고 시설도 분홍분홍 다 귀엽고 연식에 비해 깔끔하게 관리되고 있습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한건 고양이가 귀엽고 착하고 귀엽습니다....

Amazing Stay at Pinkcoco Gili Islands! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gili Islands for two nights. It’s perfectly located—away from the busy strip, making it a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet, and the entire resort was well-maintained, especially compared to some of the other local hotels we saw on the island. A must-do is renting a bike to explore the island and visit nearby restaurants and shops—it’s the best way to get around! One of the things we absolutely loved was the all-pink aesthetic, which added a fun and unique charm to the experience. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Pinkcoco Beach Club was the perfect spot to watch the sunset, and the fire dance entertainment was a highlight of our trip. We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay—at least four nights next time! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gili Islands.

To start with the welcome , The welcome was with warmth and comfort to such a lovely location . The hotel is placed beautiful in the sunset point to enjoy the views with love ❤️ The spa was excellent to end with . The stone massage is excellent and could wish for one more time. As a solo female traveler, I couldn’t have chosen a better place for a serene and indulgent retreat. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. Daniel and the team truly went above and beyond, offering personal touches that made my stay unforgettable — from thoughtful recommendations to ensure I have the best spot fro sunset views at the beach bar. The room was a dream: impeccably clean, beautifully laid out, and wonderfully quiet. Falling asleep with the sound of waves was just so healing and Zening, direct beach access was perfect for peaceful morning and evening strolls. The pool area was equally delightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary coffee and delicious desserts offered throughout the day — such a charming and thoughtful touch that made my working (unfortunately), lounging by the pool feel even more special. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, cared for, and completely relaxed. This hotel is a sanctuary I’ll eagerly return to. Highly recommended.

The interior and exterior is very awesome in this hotel u just love the hospitality of the staff all are very kind and co-operative . There is a beach access from the hotel the organise very well for the party ! We can also seat there and enjoy the mockatil! U must be visit there!

Very nice hotel, lots of interesting details. What was important to us was a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff is very caring, they always treat you to something delicious at the pool. The breakfasts are delicious, until 12 . You can order breakfast in the pool , which we did 💘
