酒店位置靠近路邊，睡眠淺的可能會有點不適應。房間較大，熨燙機，冰箱都有配備，住的挺舒適。周邊去車站和壁畫街都可以有免費公交車前往！CRT還是哪個有點記不住，收費的101路也可，導航一下很近的。前後有兩個站台，自己看着選擇。酒店入住含早餐的會有服務人員單獨給一份菜單，雖然上面寫了RM30，但還是可以每人選擇一個套餐！很豐富的。不住酒店或不含早餐的如果要用餐需要額外付費。

Quite impressed with the service and what is inside the hotel. The room came with an afternoon tea break which never expected to have.

房間小，隔音差，無浴巾，燈光暗，欺負中國人，按金強制不退還。

I would love to come back to this hotel another time; very clean, friendly, good service and very near to market, food stalls and popular shops.

Very convenient location with surround of varieties of food! Highly recommended

酒店地段非常好，步行可以到達壁畫街，周圍美食也很多，附近還有可以換錢的地方，匯率比銀行卡取還要優惠一點點。酒店有歡迎飲品，有免費下午茶，附近除了有壁畫街、小印度、姓氏橋，還有玻璃博物館等。

完全沒服務可言，拍照好看，半夜空調還壞了

The hotel location is great and near to many famous street and market, walking distance to many place。 Staff are friendly and hotel is clean, high tea provided and is quite nice. we book 5 room in total, one of the room check in 2 days later, but sad to say that near to kitchen, and is quite noise in the very early morning when the hotel prepare the breakfast. Hope hotel can consider this and do something to avoid frustration.

一樓的房型非常好。不熱。餐食質量不錯。頂樓據説夏天偏熱。一樓能聽到街上的聲音。建議帶白噪音喇叭之類的工具輔助睡眠。

Wonderful hotel that is at a quiet street near many places . Travelling is a breeze and the Penang feel is strong and colourful. I fully enjoyed my stay here

地理位置方便，去壁畫街走着就到了，房間這個價格已經很不錯了

門頭有點低調，一開始還沒找到😆一共三層樓，有一台家用式的電梯，要手動開門😆地理位置佳，酒店出門右轉再右轉（戲台後面）就是很有名的印度飛餅的攤頭，後面對面就是汕頭街，吃東西超級方便，去老城區的景點都很方便，很多都是步行可到。房間很大，隔音很差，隔壁沖馬桶的機器聲音清晰可聽，晚上馬路上的摩託車聲音消防車還是警車聲音都能聽到，到點唸經的聲音也很響，睡眠不好的要考慮一下隔音的問題。服務很好，入住除了要付税費還要收按金的，特地問了洗衣服務，上午給到前台晚上7點左右就可以送回，但是禮拜天洗衣房休息的要避開這個時間。
