Good service and clean

住了三晚，酒店在喬治城市中心，中規中矩。印度人請神會路過酒店門口，可惜我們錯過了。房間能看到夕陽下的海，景緻不錯。不想出去覓食，可以用Grab叫外賣，不過要自己下去拿。房間裏還有給祈禱毯。露天游泳池還不錯，也可以去拍拍照。畢竟天太熱，中午和下午要出去都必須有足夠的心理準備，從酒店走到景點還是不要在中午了，會中暑，打車是很方便的。推薦坐免費的CAT先逛一圈，有個數。預訂藍屋的午餐可以免票進入。酒店對面是個大商場，可惜早出晚歸的都沒進去過。酒店出門右手有“美鳳茶室”，強烈推薦去吃早餐。

酒店位置很好，在檳城喬治敦市中心，附近商場林立，如新光，第一大道，光大數碼城，好方便，周圍亦很多食野地方，酒店設施比較舊，但亦可以，有泳池有自助早餐，我們沒有訂早餐，酒店送了餐飲現金劵，可以換取一天自助早餐，謝謝。 房間不是每天執的，但有需要可叫服務員安排，只有一樣比較煩的，就是沖涼熱水不穩定及不夠熱，特別是浴缸水不夠熱。酒店還有按摩場，住客還有優惠，按摩服務都算可以的。

I think this hotel is very good,The receptionist and the administrator are also very friendly.Except for the night of the 25th, there was a woman at the front desk wearing glasses was very rude.Because my family didn't understand some things and made mistakes.The front desk clerk blamed loudly, and no one knew why she did that.

Ive love the hotel location where everything is nearby , parking is enough but alittle bit narrow.

Very Strategic location to have many access to a lot of places by walking distances. Easy to get to anywhere as its located in the central of the Penang island, lots of good food and local hawkers can be easily access from the hotel location. have great view of the Komtar tower and the city of light, beautiful and stunning. although its a refurbished building, but it has been very well kept and maintained. Maybe the facility floor of the swimming pool and the bar, might have rooms for improvement. The swimming pool looks very old, despite the taste of infinity pool, doesnt match the 4stars hotel standard, and the bar looks like a local bar with no proper standard. We shall look into the standard of St Giles is other states or country.

Concierge staffs are friendly, helpful and efficient. Room is clean and cozy.
