Erinomainen tilava keittiö sopii täydellisesti ruoanlaittoon. Keittiössä on ilmaisia aineksia: munia, pastaa, tomaattipyrettä, säilykkeitä, tomaatteja, kurkkua, sipulia, valkosipulia ja kesäkurpitsaa. Runsaasti astioita. Siellä on upea terassi ja lukualueita. Pohjakerroksessa on hauska baari. Huoneissa on hyvä ilmanvaihto. Wi-Fi toimii loistavasti. Pohjakerroksessa on peliryhmä, jossa voi pelata ****************** ja biljardia. Baarissa on pöytäjalkapalloa. Hinnat ovat kohtuulliset. Tämä on todella ihanteellinen hostelli, jossa jokainen yksityiskohta on harkittu, jotta vieraat tuntevat olonsa mukavaksi. Olen Milanossa viikon kuluttua - varasin myös hostellin tästä ketjusta siellä, kaikki siellä on yhtä hienoa. Suosittelen sitä kaikille! Genovan keskusta on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hostellilta. Rautatieasema ja FlixBus ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Kaiken kaikkiaan se on täydellinen."

Hotellissa on myös avoin pysäköintialue kolmannessa kerroksessa suuremmille ajoneuvoille. MB Sprinter H2L2 pääsee hädin tuskin kapeasta ajotiestä läpi. Hotelli on siisti ja palvelu on erittäin hyvää. Sinun kannattaa varata suoraan IHG:n kautta. 16 euron aamiainen on hintansa väärti. Pysäköinti maksaa myös 16 € per yö."

"I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you are looking for a genuine 5-star experience. Despite its classification, the level of service and overall management are far from what one would expect from such a property. The director is unprofessional and rude, often mistreating the staff, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the most disappointing aspects is the parking: guests are charged €40 per day for a public parking lot that actually costs only €15 if accessed directly. This feels like a clear rip-off. The food offering is equally poor. There is no real restaurant, even though the hotel has been open for more than two years. The few items available, such as the so-called “focaccia di Recco” sold at €25, are frozen products prepared not by chefs but by porters, bartenders, or even receptionists. This is unacceptable for a property that claims to be 5-star. The only real value of this hotel lies in the beauty of the historic building itself, which is undeniably charming. But beyond that, the high price is absolutely not justified by the quality of the services provided. In conclusion, Palazzo Durazzo does not live up to its promises or its advertised luxury status: questionable management, inflated prices, and poor quality. You are much better off choosing another hotel in the area where hospitality and transparency are truly valued."

"Wonderful room in a gorgeous little town. Restaurant was fabulous and food amazing. Jessica and Simon (concierge) were hugely helpful, very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. A walk along the promenade as the sun goes down is beautiful and Bagni Medusa was the perfect people watching place to swim and lie relaxing."

"The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable."

Sijainti on erinomainen, helpottaa kaupungin tutkimista, ja yleinen puhtaus oli mahdotonta koko oleskelu. Perfect location if you want to visit the aquarium and the historic center. The only downside is that the parking lot has an entire floor dedicated to electric cars, but the charging stations weren't working. Luckily, there's one right under the hotel!"

"Impossible that this is a 4 star anything. There are no amenities with poor to non existent service. The website is flashy but they are totally misrepresenting this ’residence’. It’s essentially a rooming house in a very central location. But there are many others that are central. I would never stay here again nor recommend it. For example, the shower gel came in a small plastic packet that was cheap and awkward to use and they didn’t give us enough for our entire stay. It was impossible to see anyone here. There is no front desk. You need a phone to contact them, so if you’re coming from North America, you better upgrade your plan and buy phone service too. This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in. "
