確實是非常經典的酒店，但是服務態度不咋全面，我定的湖景陽台的房間，結果陽台很臟，不清潔沒法兒坐外面，然後房間裏晚上還漏光，走廊的光。我反映了這個問題，她們也完全沒反應。怎麼説呢，還是讓我有點失望的

除了貴沒什麼毛病

一切都很好，就是價格略高

酒店位置佳，離周邊景點很近，從酒店門口出來過馬路就能拍攝日內瓦標誌性景點-大噴泉。早餐點餐現做，感覺很好，也好吃。晚餐品種多樣，服務熱情。

Location is very good , But the room is to small , and facilities is very old , not value for the price , Room service is not good enough , the cleaner is not polite , Food is fine

Outstanding!

Such a beautiful, historic building and location. We were notified there was a bit of an issue with the plumbing in our room that was affecting the rooms beneath us. The staff brought it to our attention immediately and asked that we move to one of their penthouse suites… we did not have a problem with that. We dined in the hotel bar and had the most romantic little table in front of the window looking out over lake Geneva. We departed early from the hotel and without asking the hotel had packed us breakfast to go. The car service they arranged for us was on time and could accommodate our ski equipment. Be warned that cars in Geneva are expensive and the hotel was very upfront with us. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but we were in no way inconvenienced by this. The noise was minimal and only heard in the common area of the lobby. High Lu recommend this lovely establishment.

A very pleasant stay we had ! Love the opulent rooms with antique-style furnishings, all taken care off very well. We`ve got a lot of personal attention in the room. Only for me and my husband. It is undergoing some refurbishments the entire hotel. Even better experiences will be offered!

Incredible atmosphere and stunning location. Enjoyed a cocktail at the bar with amazing food. A perfect place to relax and indulge in great drinks and cuisine. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return with my family to enjoy the beach at the lake!

This was a lovely place to stay and the staff could not have been more wonderful. Our room overlooking the lake and jet was exemplary. Breakfast was a lovely experience and the quality of all the food during our stay was excellent. This felt small and intimate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is also perfect.

Nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis et traités, d'adorables attentions pour ma chienne Stella, au petits soins pour nos demandes, une équipe de professionnels au top. Très bonne qualité de service ainsi que des produits. Nous avons eu une chambre rénovée magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes. Un week end très apprécié! Encore merci à tout le personnel

Everything was just really good. Staff were really nice. Two things I found little bit surprising. I made a booking through LHW which give free breakfast. When I got a menu I had two choices, I picked up one and only on check out I found there was an extra charge because I supposed to have other. But no one informed me. I travel regularly, always have free breakfast. First time I found I have to pay. When I ordered my breakfast, they brought me everything together, cold cut, fruits and eggs. It would be really nice if they could give me one by one without rushing. I had plenty of time before it was closed. It was Sunday, no rush.

très bon accueil, personnel au top et très sympa et pleine de délicate attention !! un peu déçu des tarifs que je trouve chers! Parking et petit déjeuner qui devraient à mon sens faire partie du prix de la réservation. le tarif boisson cher également. très belle chambre.
