確實是非常經典的酒店，但是服務態度不咋全面，我定的湖景陽台的房間，結果陽台很臟，不清潔沒法兒坐外面，然後房間裏晚上還漏光，走廊的光。我反映了這個問題，她們也完全沒反應。怎麼説呢，還是讓我有點失望的

除了貴沒什麼毛病

一切都很好，就是價格略高

酒店位置佳，離周邊景點很近，從酒店門口出來過馬路就能拍攝日內瓦標誌性景點-大噴泉。早餐點餐現做，感覺很好，也好吃。晚餐品種多樣，服務熱情。

Location is very good , But the room is to small , and facilities is very old , not value for the price , Room service is not good enough , the cleaner is not polite , Food is fine

suite junior très confortable, personnel très agréable et efficace, cuisine délicieuse. Beaucoup de petites attentions notamment pour la saint Valentin (grand cœur en chocolat apporté dans la chambre ...). La salle de bain avec baignoire et deux lavabos est très spacieuse et il y a en plus une salle de douche à part. La vue sur le lac Léman et le jet d'eau de Genève est très romantique.

It's a gorgeous building right on the lake and we were very impressed from the moment we arrived. Louis and the rest of the team were fantastic. This is the best hotel in Geneva, and the service and quality of the rooms reflect that. (We were on our wedding trip, and they were incredibly gracious.) We will definitely be back!

You can feel that this hotel used to be among the top in Geneva. The service is impeccable in most cases, staff remembers you and greets you by name and are very helpful. The only really annoying thing I wish they wouldn’t do is if your do not disturb sign is on and they come for turndown they will call your room, now they do turndown late, like 9pm…you’ld think that if people have DND on they don’t want to be disturbed by phone either… The hotel itself is a beautiful old building and they’ve done what they could to maintain the rooms but they’re really ageing and a bit lacking warmth. No individual ac/heating, bake or open the window, wobbly chairs and a few other things not working properly in the room. I think they will really be at the top once renovated, for now I would rather stay across the square at the hotel de la paix

Excellent accueil, remarquables prestations. Personnel aux petits soins. J’ai passé le séjour que j’espérais. Lorsque les travaux d’amélioration seront terminés, l’hôtel sera extrêmement agréable. Même pour l’instant, les inconvénients en sont limités et ne gênent pas les hôtes. À recommander en priorité.

I needed to be back in Geneva to attend a funeral. Going back to the Beau-Rivage meant it was made as easy as possible. Personal recognition of a returning guest, sympathies from the team & excellent advice about logistics all made the stay that much better. The hotel remains an oasis, even with ongoing renovations. These seem to be managed effectively & do not impact the quality of the stay. Another excellent experience. I have no hesitation in recommending the Beau-Rivage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable dans tous les services de l’hôtel. Le cadre la proximité avec le centre ville la beauté de la vue de notre chambre et notre chambre qui était vraiment agréable. Les petits déjeuners sont vraiment complets avec tout ce que l’on peut espérer salés sucré. Nous reviendrons

Outstanding old world class with modern knowledge. Concierge Guillaume is a DHL customs paperwork genius! The facilities are excellent, the location is excellent. It is one of the finest hotels in the world. The staff was appropriately informed of my needs and everyone was very friendly. Attention to every detail.
