Amazing Stay. Great people in Reef Beach Resort

服務人員非常友善，沖浪回來難免弄臟地板，要她們來打掃也很及時。酒店就緊鄰大海，能看日出，不過全是比較尖鋭的礁石，沒有沙灘。晚餐的選擇也算OK，不想出門去吃飯也可以在酒店的餐廳吃。 一個巨大的坑是我之前不曾料想的：酒店的餐廳一直有駐唱樂隊和DJ，但音量巨大，而且會一直到11點甚至午夜。即便白天沖浪很累，晚上也很難入眠。在那裡短短几天已經碰到幾波不堪其擾要提前搬離的客人。但酒店的管理層似乎*****，對客人的抱怨完全無動於衷。工作人員也很無奈，衹敢私下跟我説以前可不這樣，剛換的新管理層“有非常奇妙的想象力”。另，wifi總是若有若無

I ordered Room with ocean view, but they didn’t see it. And they was full. They make it up with motorcycle for the few days here. Amazing location. Amazing brake fast

The location is very good, and the view of the sea is lovely even though you cant swim there. The staff is very friendly, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the room. It was very run down and dated. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks, the mirror was cracked and old, and there were ants all over the room. This was incredibly frustrating especially when it came time to sleep as some would get on the bed. Housekeeping didn't really do a good job of spraying or getting rid of them. I was also very annoyed that I was woken up at 9am on my last day and told that the next guest who would be taking over my room had arrived and I should remember to check out on time. It wasn't the most pleasant stay.

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

샤르가오에서 그나마 괜찮은 숙소같아요! 물 여과도 어느정도되고 얼리체크인도 가능해서 좋았습니다 다만 키가 하나로만 되어있어 에어컨을 항시 못트는게 살짝 아쉬웠어요

Room was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue.

Resort was nice… had a surprise party during the week… it was packed and entertaining… somewhat quiet other than that… enjoyed my stay

Overall: Great stay, helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and great location near the restaurants, nightlife and cloud 9 surfing beach. Improvements: The bathroom sink was clogged which took a while to drain when brushing your teeth. The bunk bed felt a bit unstable for adults to sleep in.

Here’s a summary of the issues we encountered during our stay: 1. **Motorbike Booking Mismanagement**: We booked a motorbike from the reception the day before and explicitly told them it needed to arrive by 8:00 AM because we had a day tour planned. Despite confirming the day before and reconfirming at 7:30 AM, the bike was still not available at 8:30 AM. They only informed us at that point that it was no longer available. Although they eventually found another bike, it was already too late, causing significant delays to our day. 2. **Breakfast Service Failure**: We ordered breakfast the night before and requested it to be served by 7:30 AM. When we arrived at 7:15 AM, we reiterated our request. Despite being one of the first to arrive, we watched as other tables—including those who came later—were served ahead of us. By the time we complained multiple times, the entire restaurant, including tables near the beach, had already been served. When I escalated the issue to the front desk and asked for the manager, they claimed the manager was unavailable. Even after they called the kitchen again, no food arrived. To make matters worse, a table that sat down after us was served almost immediately. 3. **Room Cleaning Delays**: The resort claims to clean rooms every two days, but when we returned to our room at 4:00 PM after a tour, it hadn’t been cleaned. After following up, they said they would attend to it. However, when the staff tried to clean, my wife was in the shower and asked them to return later. When we came back late at night after dinner, the room was still untouched, with dirty towels left on the floor. 4. **Water Supply Issues**: While my wife and son were showering on separate floors, the water abruptly stopped mid-shower, leaving them covered in soap. This was our last night so our room was never cleaned throughout our stay . 5. **Air Conditioning Problems**: Throughout our stay, the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking, and nothing was done to resolve it. Overall, the resort’s lack of organization, poor communication, and subpar service completely ruined our stay. For the price we paid, we expected much better. I would not recommend Reef Beach Resort to anyone visiting Siargao.

Staff were nice but inefficient. Breakfast was ordered the night before because of early tour. They took over an hour and mixed up orders. All the other tables were served first considering we ordered the night before. Rooms did not get cleaned even after asking them to clean it.

Excellent Staff, but not comfortable. The service was great, but the facility is just so-so at best. We had issues with the wifi and with our restroom that took a good several attempts to fix. The staff was always friendly and happy to help. Also, the bed and pillows were super hard and the two nights we were their they had rave-like parties until midnight that were very loud.

Excellent customer service This resort is simply fantastic!! The amenities, restaurant, customer service and friendliness from the staff is commendable!!

Overall, A Very Below Average Hotel AC is only in the two bedrooms. No AC downstairs for kitchen, dining and family room which has the only TV. Downstairs is like an oven in the afternoon. Poor customer service at the restaurant. I wanted to order a glass of wine with my pasta and they said they could only sell me a whole bottle. Thought Manager would make it right but she did not. She said if the rest of the bottle goes to waste, they have to throw it away, so the cost is passed on as a higher price to the customer. I ordered Rigatoni Bolonage (red sauce) and got Pasta Carbonara (white sauce) which I sent back. I don't think the wait staff knows the difference and they require training on non-Filipino foods as well as customer service. They are polite however. Overall a very below average accommodation for me and my family. I won't be back.
