Hotel location is very good. Close to mg marg, snot bus terminus. Staff are very good. Especially i would like to mention the name of manager, mr dorjee. He is very active, cooperative. He always ready to help with a smile. Food quality and taste are very good. They made my holiday pleasant one. Thanks to nor-bu ghang.

Location of hotel is good. And the view from hotel is also nice. Best part is the behaviour of manager. But needed a bit improvement in electronic devices which was not good so we had to make many call for it to be done okk. View from hotel

I had vome and stayed here in march 1993 for my honeymoon and after 31 years got my daughter ***** for nostalgic reasons. There is still no lift service and the phone to call up reception was not working. The staff were very polite snd helpful. Good for young couples but average experience for family

Located a mere five minutes walk from mall road, gangtok, the location is prime. The manager, mr lama is very polite and cordial and will attend to all your needs and provide any vehicle requirements for your trip. The rooms are clean and spacious with ample of amenities for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable stay, dedicated front desk, courteous staff, good service, all meals available, nice location. Local taxi stand and head post office are just opposite the road. Mountain peaks of kanchenjunga can be sen on a clear day from front side rooms.

The hotel is located in the excellent location of the city with a distance of 5 mins walk from mg road. The rooms are quite spacious with excellent view to mountain. The only catch is that the mountain view rooms are in 4th and 5th floor and they don't have any lift. But the manager mr. Dorjee is a gem, he is very courteous and helpful and all stuffs are also very good. The food is really nice.
