Stuff very friendly

Where to begin? Fleas on the bed, manager of the hotel was too busy waitressing at the hotel on-site (certain there were others that could have been serving us since the restaurant was empty). There was only 1 of everything despite checking in with two guests, we were moved to another room and toilet was leaking. Went to the bathroom near reception and there was no toilet paper in the stall. The hotel seems outdated, carpets are dirty and it just hasn’t been taken good care of. Had booked for a stay a week later, the bed seemed flea free, would not recommend. If you choose to stay it has the convenience of a Newscafe onsite and is in close proximity to amenities.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options which i loved. Very clean place and very friendly staff. Excellent service overall. But i will advice to extend the cleanliness to the rooms especially the carpets need through hoovering.

Kemo and entire staff of NewsCafe was EXCELLENT breakfast options wonderful. Courteous was staff at hotel. Second time here but this is now my go to stay when in Gaborone. Excellent location safe environment. All is A+

I got a very warm comfortable stay. The pool area was not working because it was under renovation otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast is very good,with many options

Spacious, comfortable room We had a really nice room; it was spacious, comfortable and witha good bathroom, including separate shower and bathtub. The decor is lovely and has a bit of an old colonial feel. However, this hotel has definitely seen better days. It could do with a bit of maintenance and modernisation to give it a new lease of life. The pool was terrible - very small, dirty and just not a great corner of the hotel plot. The breakfast was nice, but you hvaeto cross the carpark to go to the bar/restaurant... not a major hardship but not pleasant when it is raining. This was a short one-night stop for us as part of a bigger journey, so the hotel served it's purpose.

It's an excellent place. Very nice welcome at the desk. Flexible with check-out.Good breakfast in the nearby news Café. A bit away from the main street. Good neighbourhood.
